Akpevwe9: While I was browsing the net this evening with my itel S31, came across this and decided to share. Who speaks the best English in Africa? And the answer is Uganda. According to the world linguistic Agency, Uganda takes the cake for being the best English speaking African Nation. First off, the idea behind the best English speaking African nation ranking is in no way to slight any nation. Africa is a country of an entirely different culture from the west. So, it is understandable that some African countries are still not fluent in them. As a matter of fact not all the nations of the world fancy the English language. English language is the global/international language at the moment. Like we say, anything worth doing is worth doing well. There are 28 English speaking African nations. From these 28, the World Linguistic Agency made a list of those who speak the best of English language in Africa. Best English Speaking Countries In Africa:
1. Uganda
2. South Africa
3. Nigeria
4. Kenya
5. Zambia
6. Botswana
7. Zimbabwe
8. Malawi
9. Ghana
10. Rwanda
11. Sudan
It is also worthy to mention that as some countries were not colonized by the British, their Lingua franca differs. It will be asking too much to expect fluency from them. Ghana is the best English speaking country in Africa. |

Kemperor: Lagos – The Canadian Deputy High Commissioner in Lagos, Mr Lajos Arendas, on Wednesday said that it was imperative for Nigerians to know of the non-existence of any Canadian Visa Lottery.Arendas said in Lagos that his government had never been involved in any form of Visa Lottery programme, and that it was currently non-existent.There had been rumours and speculations among Nigerians, that the Canadian Government had opened up its Visa Lottery programme for Nigerians and other countries.“This is false information. In fact, the U.S. used to have, and perhaps still do, but Canada does not have a visa lottery programme.“As far as I know, it has never existed in Canada. At least, certainly not in my 24-year career.“It looks like some people are spreading rumours, and these could be linked to a possible scam.“The one thing you could tell the public is that you contacted me and I firmly stated that there is no such thing as a Canadian Visa Lottery,’’ he said.Arendas, referring to the High Commission’s Immigration Department website, said that it was important for Nigerians to know that what does not exist in the site does not exist.
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/02/canada-cautions-nigerians-rumoured-visa-lottery/ As usual, Nigerians are the most gullible people on earth. An ambassador said this and some morons are still doubting his statement. Na wa Oh!.Nigerians with this level of mumurity |

Modified I don't know why people are criticizing me because of my comment. God in heaven know i cant try this nonsense but the deed has been done.mistake happen a times which is something like this and the woman should have let the man know the truth when the boy was young, for her to keep it for that long means she's wicked and should have kuku keep it for eternity because it seem that is the only "child" of that man. Now an old man is crying because of her stupid mistake A whole family has been sent to Hell my this Monster. Oh God! |

Why not go for a Rolls-Royce Phantom or something more prestigious? He only drives it on Eid celebrations. |

This man should face a firing squad. His people, the southern Kaduna people comprising Kajes, Kagoma, Bajju, Kadara, Idon and 100 other tribes and dialects are suffering and without basic infrastructure, ostracised by the majority Hausa people in Kaduna State. Why should a man of such intellect be daft enough to hide such an amount in an uncompleted building. This man never helped anyone up and that is why he is going through this problem. If he at least initiated a youth project or any project that impacted in his community this will not be happening to him. A vendor who sells newspapers to him revealed that he asks for N50 Naira change from him after buying Thisday from him each day. His level of Heartlessness.
This is just a chip off the iceberg. If investigated further, this man would have embezzled $1 billion alongside his former directors. These are the cronies of Diezani Allison Maduekwe who helped in laundering that money abroad.
