Since when did exorcism become a part of Islam? undecided
It's always been there in every religion including Islam. There are specific verses and chapters devoted solely for that purposes.

Go to videos on YouTube and search Ruqiyah. You will see how it is done the Islamic way.

Cheers.

Are there any hidden benefit's for sitting behind at a gathering, especially in a church.
Its quite baffling to see people who on a daily basis make prophetic declarations like, 'i am the head and not the tail",
" i shall be a leader in my generation" but, when they get to church they run away from the front row seats lol. How do you lead from the back?
.
Which begs the question,
" why do people like sitting behind ?

My very good friend wants to join the Nigerian Army next year, by then he must have completed his National Diploma programme. I know he won't be taken as a recruit, but what rank would he occupy(if any), and what advantage would he get over an SSCE holder?
Finish his HND and apply for Direct Short Service at the Nigeria Defence academy for 18 months and become a sub lieutenant instead of going to become army professional gateman.

If you are lucky they can post you to the border and if you are not lucky they can send you to Maiduguri or transfer you from gate to gate.

Good luck

Spiritism and spirituality is real. Go read the story of Majek Fashek and you will understand better what spirituality is.

It's two- fold. If you have positive spirits with you, then you are on the success lane. But if you have bad ones, then you are in trouble. It will take a spiritually strong man or woman to battle the bad demons. I have battled some for decades and I know what I have gone through. Exorcism and strong night prayers are the only way to expel them from you and I have gone through that and I can tell you it's not funny.

You can watch videos of excorcisms or Ruqiyah and understand how deep the mysteries of this universe are.

The only way out is for you to be prayerful and shun vices.

SportsRe: Peseiro To NFF: Pay Me, Don’t Teach Me My Job by rhames(m): 2:36pm On Dec 02, 2023
[quote author=robosky02 post=127240733]Peseiro to NFF: Pay me, don’t teach me my job
30th November 2023

•Sports Minister summons Portuguese coach

Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro, told the Nigeria Football Federation Technical Committee not to teach him his job but rather pay him and his team their outstanding allowances,

Peseiro allegedly said this while reacting to the NFF Technical Committee Chairman, Shariff Ahlan’s comment in the wake of his future as Eagles coach, stating that the Eagles job is bigger than the Portuguese.

Ahlan told Peseiro in a meeting in Lisbon, Portugal in October that the Eagles had been struggling due to his poor technical abilities.

“You’re busy to pay me my allowances but not busy to tell me what I will do,” Peseiro replied Ahlan when he was told that he would defend his squad list for subsequent games.

Despite guiding Nigeria to qualification for the forthcoming Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, Peseiro’s uninspiring side trails Rwanda and South Africa in their 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign on the back of two 1-1 draws against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.

In 15 games in charge of the Eagles, Peseiro has won six and lost six with the three-time African champions scoring 31 times – with 10 coming in one game against Sao Tome and Principe – and conceded 21 goals.

“Henceforth, if I remain in the technical committee, if he submits a professional list he would come and justify the list in front of the committee explaining why he invited each player based on their statistics and club performance.

“From our side, we’ve said Peseiro can’t do the job, if you look at how he runs the affairs of the team it seems the Nigeria national team is bigger than him honestly.”

Meanwhile, Sports Minister, John Enoh, has summoned Peseiro over the poor performance of the Eagles in the 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign.

Enoh made this known during a media parley with journalists in Abuja on Wednesday.

He said, “I am happy to report that I had a meeting with the NFF president, secretary and the Technical Department of NFF regarding the Super Eagles.

“What we came out of that is that I’ve had to request that the coach (Peseiro) be summoned and I think at some point next week there’s going to be an engagement with him.

“All of that is trying to respond to the outcome of these matches, especially the World Cup qualifying games.

While reacting to the call from some football stakeholders that the Portuguese should be sacked over poor results, Enoh said that despite the emotions and passions of Nigerians over football, the decision to sack a coach is not taken due to emotions.

“As a minister, I am concerned that the Nigeria national team is not delivering, not meeting up with our expectations. The Africa Cup of Nations is so close that we need to be careful in what decisions we make but the next qualification rounds for the World Cup, the next match is in June, so it gives us more time to take decisions going forward.

“AFCON is going to start January 13, are we going to request to fire the coach (Peseiro), I mean the answer is as good as mine.

“I have found out that in this sector, there are passions and emotions. Where you are seated and where I am providing leadership, you don’t respond, you know you are not driven by passions and emotions.”

The NFF and the Ministry of Sports are all criminal organisations. They owe you salaries and want you to do the job on credit but crucify you when you fail.

By the way, since everyone is claiming to be founder and owner of Lagos, can we now say it's a 'NO MANS LAND'

If after 67 years of oil discovery in Nigeria law-makers are making these statements about oil communities benefitting from the proceeds of oil and gas, Nigerians ought to realise that we have the worst, self-centered, fantastically corrupt and the lowest I.Q bearing leaders heading the affairs of our country.

There should be outrage and public anger by the masses. Do we even understand what 67 years of oil exploration mean??

The United Arab Emirates where you have Dubai had their oil discovery 2 years after Nigeria did and we all know how glorious Dubai is today, while Nigerians still lack the minimum and most basic of life's necessities.

The fricking same oil money they have, we have!

What did our leaders do with all the taxes, sales and royalties since oil discovery and exploration began in Nigeria!!!

These are the questions we should be asking not this APC, PDP, Yoruba, Igbo ish they keep pushing at us to distract us from the ugly truth.
Also remember that the Nigerian constitution did not provide for savings of proceeds from all revenue sources. Hence the borrowing spree by all governments.

He said, “I understand that some of them (IOCs) are beginning to divest very quickly, we will also make sure that we stop some of those divestments so that the people can benefit.

It seems that there is something in that PIA, 2021, as passed by the National Assembly, that the IOCs are running away from apart from the long years of sabotage of their pipelines and other assets by their host communities. Equinor just announced its own divestment this week and assets bought by indigenous oil company.

Incidentally, the new Nigerian buyers don't bother as much as the IOCs. There was a time one of the assets AITEO acquired from shell around Nembe was vandalised, the Nigerians left the crude oil continue to flood for weeks until they piled pressure on them to fix it albeit reluctantly.

We need a mix of both IOCs and indigenous players particularly because the IOCs bring in fresh capital. There should be more engagement with them. I learnt Shell is demanding guarantee that some clauses in the PIA and local content act must be waved for it before it can bring in capital to develop a major field.

I think the President should look at the law again and engage them further then consult the National Assembly for possible amendments.

The way things are going, if not addressed, the oil producing communities complaining of not receiving enough may not have anything to receive anymore.

The House of Reps member just admitted that there are issues with the PIA, you guys should fix it for national interest sake nah.

Which clauses in both PIA and Local Content Act do the IOCs see as disincentive? Please share if you know. Thank you.
God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!
They see any change as disincentive whether good or bad. The only problem they don't have is if they can have the crude for free.

Moving out is not an option as it's my house.

I don't know what to do. Please help. Those things are tormenting my life...

About the vehicles for the first lady, that's utterly absurd at a time Nigerians are struggling to eat, her office isn't even constitutionally recognized.

I remember her saying that her family is rich and doesn't need government money for anything, she's been senator for years as well, she should use her own money to buy those cars.
