I get you but i guess you are talking from the point of view of a coworker, if u are a supervisor (direct or indirect), would you do that? However, as a coworker there is a way to correct an erring colleague that would not result to argument or quarrel. But my advice as an HR practioner, when u see someone doing the wrong thing whether they are a member of you team or not, pls speak up! Your speaking up may safe lives! You also said something about saving u stress, not speaking up may save u stress but speaking up may save ur life!

You are not the HR!! If you ever mind business that insult could have passed by, leave HR work for him/her besides, if she's wrong will the blame come to you. Except is a joint work which I thought it.

I too know they put person for trouble sometimes.

Even if the blame does not come to you for her wrong doing, would you watch and let one person rubbish the work of an entire team?
Where i work, we have a slogan that says "if u see it, own it" because if u choose to be unconcerned, that error/wrongdoing might come back to hunt either you, the team and by extension company! Not all matters need to get to HR before they are thrashed out!

Today while correcting a subordinate at work on what she did wrong, she shouted at me out of blues in front of other staff members claiming that I was shouting at her, while all I did was point out what she did wrong......A few minutes later she's already at HR accusing me of repeatedly shouting at her....

It's the first time I'm experiencing this, having not done something similar to any of my bosses before, I'm at loss at how to deal with this. HR has asked me to send in my report so they can follow it up, but I don't just know if that will take care of the root cause of her actions today

Some women have this thing about lying that u asked them out and they declined, thats why you are harassing them! That is why u have to be tactical in dealing with this and make sure your hands are clean! With all that in place you have a case. Don't hesitate to write rhe report. I have been a victim of such character, so i know what am saying.
Note also that if she gets away with it, she will do it again, that is how those kimd of women behave.
As an HR practioner, I know how these things play out, if u don't have sufficient prove, guy u might be nailed for what u know nothing about, so be sensible in dealing with the issue.

My reason is this, if u blow things out, u will shatter the woman's life, the girl's life and even the small girls siblings will not understand what has happened and to be honest none of them will pray for you. So let the sleeping dog lie moreso because of what u have said about ur friend. My piece: if i were in your shoes, i woukd be very very careful with both my wife and the so called friend. A good thing that u severed relationship with the friend. I agree 100% with this post. I once had that problem with my car. The hot engine was so bad that the engine was grinding teeth but it was not overheating! Mechanics did all manner of things until an electrician checked and said the fan was not cooling the radiator properly. We now had connect the fan directly and lo and behold the problem was solved permanently. For the past 3yrs now i have not done any major work on the engine except servicing!

Its actually very easy to stop but ncos u don't see urself stopping probably because if the sex that why u think it is am issue. The first thing to do is stopping giving her money, you will see that she run by herself!

My advice: i think she is young and still wanna explore and you already know that she has slept with someone while with you, it will be hard for you to trust her again. That sounds like an hygiene issue, could also be infection! However, you have to tell her somehow at least for own sake so that u don't get infected if it is infection. If she is wise, she will be grateful to u for telling her!
