Truth be told. E no easy to marry without money, cos as the man, you go feel am tire. You will literally be unhappy for the greater part of the marriage even when your wife is understanding and managing with you.
But it's worst to marry a lady who have a taste higher than the man's financial capacity. That's more like a suicide mission. |

seborrhic: Ah,pure load of bunkum. Your friend collected drink from his friend and within that short period and in that public gathering, the friend was able to sneak a poison into the drink that led to his death! It's this kind of ancient village mentality that has kept many Nigerian societies and people down because they refuse to investigate the real cause of death but believe it's the handiwork of an envious friend or relation. A man becomes chairman of a CDA of just 2 or even 1 street,or even chairman of an association of just 10-15 people, goes to a function attended by other people with food and drinks brought to the occasion, bought from a drinks or food store and shared by everyone,he falls sick after and it's concluded he was poisoned by one envious friend!! What I always ask with these ridiculous stories are these: (1)so within that short interval of collection of the drink,in that public space, the alleged culprit was quickly able to pour the poison into the drink without being seen. Or did he go to the factory or the drinks seller to tell them to put poison into one particular drink, then cock it back? (2)He must have kept the poison in a nylon if it's in powder form or bottle if in liquid form.So how did he manage to pour that in in a specific drink, hide the nylon or container without anyone noticing?Or was the poisoning planned by every other person in that meeting or gathering? How was he even able to know the exact quantity that would do such fatal damage. See,at worse, these are the scenarios that usually happen:at the gathering the victim(your friend in this case)ingested an infected drink or food(that may have even originated from himself)fell sick as anyone would depending on the level of immunity.Instead of taking him for medical care immediately, they believe he was poisoned and only native way would be the solution.By the time they had tried native and it failed, the germs had already multiplied and cause severe organ damage. The other likely scenario is that he had an underlying health issue.Coincidentally and maybe exarcebated by the particular food or drink taken, the health issue flares up and things go downhill from there till death. I have seen instances of people after taking "nkwobi" as appetising as it is,fall severely sick from either the potash or the poor hygienic preparation and were just lucky to survive after appropriate and prompt treatment. There are some alcoholic drinks that also cause severe abdominal pain and disorder in some people, either because they are fake or the person took them on an empty tommy or they just reacted with whatever he took. The chance of someone being singled out to be poisoned in a public gathering is pretty low,but of course those whose mindset already made up would disagree. If deliberate poisoning was that easy and commonplace then every week several people would be dying from all the gatherings and parties that occur every single weekend and joints would be reporting deaths on a daily basis because everyday groups or friends gather at beer parlours and joints to socialise daily. To spike drink no dey hard o. It just take fraction of seconds for someone to spike a drink that is even in your front. The issue with spiking of drink is because it's done by those who are close to you, as a result, any funny movement by the person will not be suspiciously to you because you are seeing him as a trusted friend. |

absoluteSuccess: Never ever let down your guards, the wicked are very cunning and most caring, if you fall for that trap you are gone.
Be in total control, never be too anxious for anything. Have confidence in yourself and if you have the gut feeling that things are not right, move away very fast. There's no second chance at life and death.
One thing that has helped me twice in life is this song that when one is about to die, their body will tell them*. Likewise, deadly or mortal danger in the making do announce itself. Never wait for them to be full blown.
But if you are deaf spiritually, you will be gone for the flimsy stroke of the enemies hand. When you are very conscious spiritually however, the wicked will mock you for their attempts that failed. It would have succeeded.
Be mocked but be alive, stay alive for your family. Be grateful for all the wicked souls who never hid their hate for you, you learn to be careful through them and then extend caution to similar others who have penetrated deeper.
Check my thread for my personal experience from this place just for sharing my research on this forum.
*Dr. Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, late Fuji music maestro, in a song about Ismaila and the Chief Slave. "Ase beniyan bamaa ku, ase ara maa nsofun won ni" I just liked what you said ... let people mock you as much as they like, the most important thing is for you to stay alive for your family. It's gud to hide ones success away front the eyes of the public. |

My friend, a promising young man who just married let's than 5 years ago died last week.
He won the chairmanship of a group that he belonged to and during the celebration of that victory, someone spiked his drink. According to what we heard, during the celebration, he collected a glass of drink from someone for them to toast and the moment after taking that drink, his body system changed.
From then onwards, he has been sick going from one hospital to the other till he died.
Guys let's be very careful. If you must drink outside, ensure you opened the drink yourself and have that drink handy till you finish it. Don't collect even a glass of cup from anyone. If paraventure you left your drink open and went to the rest room or to pick a call, when you come back, pour that one away and order for a new one.
One can never be too careful to be safe, but there are little measures we can put in ourselves so as to mitigate this to the bearest minimum.
Human conscience these days have gone so low. People are killing for fun now. Just small argument and someone is already planning to kill a friend just to show who is better or who is the odogwu among them. Some people will just want to kill you cause you are doing better than them or for something as common as you are always getting the fine babes. Let's all be careful how we roll out.
Now this my friends wife have been thrown into mourning at this early stage of her marriage.

This is a perfect example of how politicians being about disunity among Nigerians who have been leaving together.
Prior to 2015, all Nigerians were leaving together as friends. Aside from religious argument, not much is been said about tribe.
Buhari came and started polarising is among tribal lines... Then tinubu came and compounded it. Now most Nigerian, anywhere they go, the first thing that comes to their mind is tribe.
But the funny thing is, among the politicians, they fight for things on a common ground, them no Sabi tribal matter as long as it will benefit them.
So pathetic. |
Phones › Re: St Michaels GSM Market Aba: Things I Heard About This Place, How True Are They? by Rich4god(m): 8:25am On Nov 01, 2023 |
Truth is any area you go in Nigeria where you have petty phone dealers who mostly deal on second hands phone and accessories, you will always have attachee boys whose aim is to defraud.
Its all over the nation. Though it's more rugged in some state than in others.
But then, people who mostly fall victims are those who are looking for cheap phones. Imagine trying to buy a 4G 128G phone for 55k... You will surely end up with fufu na.
If you want to buy new buy, go directly to dealers and if it's secondhand, better buy directly from the owner. If you enter all those market looking for second hand, there is 85% chance that the phone you will buy will cause you premium tears. |
