Just last week I gave a quote of 120k for a 3 bedroom nogging in Agbaara and the people in charge of the project asked the property owner it would cost 350k. They did not even use a standard wood for the job. To my amazement I later found out 3 Alhaji are involved in a 3 bedroom project and this is there present office. lol. They won't let me handle the finishings because they see it as a stage they will make good money on the project and my quotes is revealing their secrets.
