If it's too small, u can just apply a holy and righteous anger and plant it instead of eating it... Buy another of same quantity and also plant.. u might just be surprised in 8months time what your holy anger has done ![]() |
Saintmary:Honestly, what he did was bad... Extremely bad.. But he is 14, ... Depending on the country, There's no judge in most advanced countries that will keep him in jail... When the case is brought before a judge, considering his age, the judge will grant for It to be treated informally by the child agency... through counseling... There are agencies that handles such cases... U can also google it...I stand to be corrected though... It's not that we were downplaying what happened.. No..it was horrifying but the law that recognised him as a minor is supreme and above whatever we think that should happen to him.. As for the wife, In as much as what she did was wrong, I don't see the reason why she should be in jail... She is also shaking and confused besides, Are you gonna say that you have never kept a secret away from your spouse before in your entire life instead confided to a friend?.. it's always really easy to throw stones you know? |
Karleb: ![]() Seriously buddy I have NO idea that such is even happening ![]() I am reading something like this for the first time... I will now make a proper research about it on weekend.. Thanks man...U see, I have learnt new thing today ![]() |
![]() How long ago was Biafran war...? How old is he now?... Even toddlers during Biafran war contributed to the fight and were veterans... ![]() |
![]() I'm just trying to think about a part of human that doesn't have imitation and enhancements nowadays. ![]() Maybe height.. atleast no human can wear up to 7inches shoes |
Simeonjoe1:I understand that but with cashless policy, cash will not be readily available the way I believe it is now... Asking for a whole lot of physical cash will make the bank to raise an eyebrow especially when it is a lot of money.... Australia for example is a cashless country.. Armed thieves only steal convenient stores and petrol stations of cigarettes,...if they were lucky they might see petty cash available that is not even up to $300... Because people were paying with cards |
From Today henceforth set boundaries that none of them will cross... << If u were gossiping with them before, Just say to yourself,I will not do it again ![]() << If you usually eat with them at break time, make a different schedule for yourself so that u won't be in close proximity with them and maybe got tempted to partake in their conversation.. << Be polite and firm.. Do good morning, good afternoon and nothing more added after the greetings.. << Be a little bit mysterious and scarce from them, <<If you try this religiously for a month, u will see how your respect will come back to you.. because they don't know what you were thinking... |
![]() |
If Nigeria introduce cashless policy, it has a lot of advantages.. << Before thieves will come into your home to steal, they will give it a second thought except they were coming for your pot of soup... << The Nigerian bank will sit-up.. to tackle fraud and online fraudulent activities,.. They will be one step ahead of the perpetrators... << There will be more forensic accountants than ordinary teller staffs... which means when your money misses it's way, It will be like a speed of lightning to track down and recover.. <<People will travel without fear of high way men and women because they have got no money on them...So yea it's good.. |
Is officer or an inspector someone's name? Why didn't he mention the name of the blood tasty animal ![]() |
Oyiboman69:Not telling the husband is so wrong.. there's no way to sugarcoat it... The husband would have been the first person on a speed dial to report to because they are parents...I will be totally upset as well especially finding out from the outsiders... Having said that, what was the main reason behind arresting the wife? Did she by chance asked the younger brother to rape their daughter? Was she in support of the fact that her daughter was raped or was OP trying to show case an act of supremacy?( Who wears the bigger trousers both in cash and otherwise) That's what I don't understand... She made a huge mistake by not telling him..I can never stop saying it... He even said that the wife lost weight.. probably thinking about what happened.. she is a mother, she cares too.. Even if he divorces her today, and the judge grants him the custody of the kids, there's no judge that will deny the mother the access to seeing her kids.. In one way or the other, they are still in it together... |
This is disheartening honestly especially for a 2 year old who will be told as she grows older that she may have been raped by an uncle.. I can't say if the OP is handling this matter perfectly... Reporting to the police is good but arresting your wife is like dancing a different tune from the music that was being played.. It is heart breaking but what I think would have been for both of you to come together to find a better solution that centered on your kid...She(your wife) should have told you no doubt...She got no excuse whatsoever, If she can confide to a third party, surly she should have told you..... This is a trying time for both of you...You have an equal right to that child as well as the mother buddy... Arresting your wife is not the answer to the problem at hand...No sensible mother will want their kids raped...Arresting her made it look like you loved the child more than the mother and she deliberately put the child in harm's way.... As for the boy, Assuming it was an advanced world, that boy would have gotten all the help he needed considering his age...a counsellor or agencies that sees to this kind of case would have taken him under their wings... But since it's Nigeria, he will be tinted for life...or even commits suicide if care is not taken because of stigma..He is a minor too.. |
maasoap:How do you substantiate the right to purchase without backing it up with purchasing power?.. The landlady has given him the asking price...How he gets the money to pay, should not be the landlady's problem?...What he should have asked from the landlady was time... Example from Feb 10,- June 10, I will pay in full...(oral contract) Assuming the landlady agreed on a part payment, And he deposited some money because of the property, Then he would have had a case... Without being sentimental, he has no case... He can take it anywhere around the world... it will be strike out because there's no reasonable grounds to bring the claim to court.. |
Simeonjoe1:That's the key ... There was no contract whatsoever... The lady did not even collect any part payment from him.. so there's no way the law will be on his side wherever he takes this case to around the world |
When he was buying lands, chains, cars and living luxuriously,.. Did the father or well meaning elders around him ever ask him.. Son, where did you get the money to buy all these? |
Is it 6:1 or 5:1 ![]() |
phemmyfour:Just Imagine such statement... If such bragging should continue, Nigerians knows what to do to shut it down... Just tell Baba that the Moroccans defeated Spain... Baba will now call their president to congratulate him... The next outing, it's Over before it started ![]() |
<< me wey only do Law 101 and 102 as a borrowed course can even judge this case within 3mins.. After all I am a judge Judy fan ![]() <<Na which side of the nose this man dey take breathe from that gave him the boldness to sue... ? << You don't have money to pay.. << The landlady did not ask you to sell your property to match the cash u already had.. <<She didn't accept money from you as part payment..No where it was written that she must definitely sell to you... << Now why was he suing? What was he planning to achieve? <<Does it mean that the landlady has no right to sell to the highest bidder? |
destinytreasure:I totally agree with you... Most time I think they kill creative.. In terms of showing video and PowerPoint presentation, that is a good idea but it has to happen where they were certain of power supply.. I wish they can phase most of them out so that the lecturers that were 21st century compliant can continue.. |
sisisioge:That's just one hell of sad news....I can just imagine the pain of the fathers.. especially if they were talking and the boys were not listening.. ![]() |
sisisioge:No I didn't read it... is the story here on Nairaland? |
jcross19: He isn't smart at all and those type are the ones that are always quick to call someone dumb just to cover their inadequacies ![]() |
Parachoko:Lagos State was created on May 27, 1967 by virtue of States [Creation and Transitional Provisions] Decree No. 14 of 1967 which restructured Nigeria’s Federation into 12 States. Prior to this, Lagos Municipality was administered as a Federal Territory by the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Lagos Affairs as the regional authority, while the Lagos City Council governed the City of Lagos. Equally, the Metropolitan areas [Colony Province] of Ikeja, Agege, Mushin, Ojo, Ikorodu, Epe, and Badagry were then administered by the Western Region Government. The State took off as an administrative entity on April 11, 1968 with Lagos Island serving the dual role of being the State and Federal Capital respectively. However, with the creation of the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja in 1976, Lagos ceased to be the capital of the State, as this was moved to Ikeja. Similarly, with the formal relocation of the seat of the Federal Government to Abuja on 12th December, 1991, Lagos ceased to be Nigeria’s political capital. Nevertheless, Lagos remains the nation’s economic and commercial capital. According to extant political records, “Lagos is to the people of Nigeria, what the head is to the body https://lagosstate.gov.ng/about-lagos/
