I am just speechless... What was the reason for his education again if not to be independent... He was almost there and he decides to kill himself?.. Nigerian youths used to be strong beforeOoo what really changed?.... Those days, you can hardly hear of someone that committed suicide... I mean was that not the reason the country won the happiest people in the world in 2003?.. The citizens were as tough as nails those days... But nowadays, people just take their lives at the slightest challenge...If one get dumped by a woman, a full fledged man will commit suicide..If they did not commit suicide, they will roll inside mud water for the world to see...  Maybe parents should reduce the cowmilk they were feeding their kids with... And settle more on human breast milk.. |

Killing 6 staff members and also killed himself.... But u will never hear the citizens running amok castigating their nation on how all their citizens have become lunatics... I can't really figure it out on why they do that ... A white woman was telling me few weeks ago about a documentary her friends watched about Nigeria.. how the people were extremely friendly, nice and all.. I told her I Know we are.. she was just laughing... Contrary to what they have been feeding the world online... Those kids running around all over the internet painting Nigeria black should be made to understand that there are no country, without bad eggs... tshtsh:I have been in such situations and I know what OP is saying... But this is not friendship.. it more like an acquaintance.. It's about people that shares the same interest.. I used to get invites those days for nite out by colleagues..We might not be friends but we know each other because we work at the same place... In terms of church activities, a lot of members do celebrate birthdays.. birthdays are big deal in many oyibo land no matter how poor or rich you are ,.. Is OP willing to attend birthdays? One needs to make an effort before one will be socially included... take the first step by joining and see what happens... OP said he has been in Canada for 3 yrs...So within that space of three years, he has never ran into any Nigerian?.. If he has,Did he ask him or her if he was a member of Nigerian association? Did he ask where they usually hold their monthly meetings?... even If that individual is not a member, I believe he might make an effort to help OP locate who is a member... I don't think OP is making an effort at all... |
