I know of a law graduate with MSc and PhD in the police force. Very responsible occupying a top position.

It's the government that should ensure that these vehicles are off the road. They're rather concerned with the pocket change they're getting from the drivers.
In Norway (100% sure) old vehicles are recycled and the owners are paid enough to get a more road worthy one..even if it's not new. Will the nigerian government even consider doing that?? Maybe when pigs start flying.

DeLioncourt, what i was driving at is that we should be able to do the basic things as human. For example i had a little issue with my car, two day ago, i parked the car at office and waited for it to be fixed by the mechanic last night. Our ideology in this country is why should we fix it when it is not broken.
