mayblossom: Exactly!! Fry the tomato well well until it´s done. How do you know you´ve fried it enough? Lift some quantity with your frying spoon. You´ll notice that even in the spoon, the tomato will continue frying (showing heat bubbles) for a few seconds before it stops. Then you´re good to go. Go ahead and add your meat stock and enjoy your tasty stew.My grandma taught me this, so it has been working since like forever. But the ish is that you can´t leave the kitchen o. You have to stay there and continue stirring the tomato while frying to avoid getting burnt and turning black or darker than you like. It takes time and requires patience.

One secret though...you can reduce the water content by boiling the tomato immediately after blending it. When it gets very thick and almost without water(same thickness as tin tomato), then you can start frying. The boiling reduces frying time, thereby reducing the time you get to spend in the kitchen cos while boiling, you don´t need to stir it, just monitor with your eyes.

You know stew making is one hell of an experience for me as a guy who cooks. I so so hate the prolonged boiling and frying, all to eliminate the sour taste.for me stew takes like a hundred years to prepare and I hard that.

5. We notice and understand body language

Women are known to have a sixth sense, especially if it concerns relationships. We always notice and analyze all small details in another person, and that includes body language of our partners. So we usually are aware of his sympathy to a colleague, which we have never met. Once we notice something suspicious, it starts bothering us, though we may not be even aware of what exactly annoys us.

And if a woman suspects something, she will be very upset when her man doesn`t spend time with her but stays in the office.

6. We agree with “Guy Time”

That is another secret that only a few men know about. A lot of women actually agree with “guy time”. We understand perfectly well that our husbands, boyfriends need some space for themselves, and that it is very important for them to spend some time with friends, watching football matches, drinking beer or playing various kinds of games. The only problem here may be when a woman feels lack of attention, while a man focuses only on spending time with friends

7. We want their friends to like us
