Most women need to watch it with hormonal changes associated with pregnancy and birth. Many have to exercise self control on consumption to maintain shape even before child bearing. The process of raising family, tending to the children (kudos to all mom) too does not help them. They stay around with the kids and are exhausted from tending to the children's needs without acting exercising. E no easy at all but many need to make conscious efforts to remain in shape. Exercise and some self restrain is germane.
