This the plague that has infected this part of the globe responsible for all kind of problems in Nigeria.

The act of using in-laws, relations, girlfriends, godfathers, etc to substitute for qualified persons.

It is her type that would come to Nigeria assume one government position and start sharing contracts to her relatives.

Serves her right, let her go ahead and prosecute the in-law, nonsense absolutely.

In the case of these buildings there would be no need for expansion in the next 100 years. Meanwhile the interior can always wear a look to reflect the time.

University without sports facilities is not too ideal, people should get university scholarship based on sports performance and excel at it while combining academic study.

It occupying too much space.

A single 7 story building H plan design would be better. It would also go along way to reduce the transportation expenses of students.

PoliticsRe: Time For Nigerians To Start Questioning People's Source Of Wealth by risos(m): 6:35am On May 28, 2020
Better start questioning the source of your poverty. Personally I think anyone in their shoes would love the life they are living cos you know you are really blessed.
It probably generational blessings working on them and generational curse working on the rest of poor Nigerians.
These guys are very spiritually healthy, they are not religious like the rest of the bunch.

PoliticsRe: NOSDRA: Why Dead Fishes Were Found On Niger Delta Coastline by risos(m): 12:26pm On May 15, 2020
farady:
Hmmm. Your comments therefore infers that Oil Companies have influenced this NOSDRA's report. Indeed produced water mostly comes from crude oil platforms/facilities.

So one would have expected NOSDRA trace the source of these toxic metals and include this in its report.
I live in a country where anything goes.

Infrastructures are hardly maintained in this part of the world example is the obsolete refineries, ajaokuta steel complex etc, now these are structures that are visible to everyone.
We are dealing with oil and gas wells which date back as far as 70s (this is speculative because I don't have access to accurate data).
What are the true conditions of these wells? given the corrosive nature of the environment they exist.
Can they handle the high pressure during well operations. I doubt strongly.

By the way this covid19 period is and ideal time to carry out work over operations to increase the flow of reservoir fluid since demand for crude oil is at its lowest.
PoliticsRe: NOSDRA: Why Dead Fishes Were Found On Niger Delta Coastline by risos(m): 5:01am On May 15, 2020
These heavy metals are all components of produced water.

Oilfield produced water contains heavy metals such as mercury and lead, as well as metalloids such as arsenic, in varied concentrations depending on formation geology and age of the well. Metal concentrations in produced water are usually higher than those found in sea water. The most commonly studied metals are Ba, Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Hg, Ni, Ag, and Zn.
Produced water contains other trace metals including Al, B, Fe, Li, Mn, Se, and Sr. Certain metals are of particular environmental concern as they may bioaccumulate and/or be toxic.

Just kwantinue, till una scatter all the coastal communities finish.
