Though it's hard, the truth is Don't ever expect appreciation from anybody even the closest person to you. Just do what you gat to do (good deeds) and then leave the rest for God...

The more you wait or expect to be appreciated, the more you get hurt if you don't get it.

That's one of my secret of not having high BP and grey hair hehehehehehe. I expect nothing from people...

My question is : what can be the obstacle or hindrance to getting answers to your commandments of the (universe) after doing all you've elaborated cum beign born again, fasting, mid- night prayers etc could it be too numerous battles facing one or sins like not paying tithes?

Waoooh while asking the Holy Spirit for the answers to your question, he said read it again. Surprisingly, you asked a question and answered it yourself. Yes SIN is the root cause.
So many times I hear people say they have prayed and fasted but nothing seems to be happening or let me say no changes. I always tell people that there are right ways of doing things. There are principles that must be followed or obeyed to get the desired results in life.
For instance, we can't be living in sin and expect positive results. You can't live holy for a moment because of what you want to get from God, God sees the intent of our heart knowingly or unknowingly to us. I would have say more on it but my fingers hurt right now from writing...
