Wow how did you now do it

Wrote them, called them, and they still have not returned my passport.

Sent them another mail this week and they promised to get back in 15 working days. That will make it almost 3 months since I did my biometrics.

In essence, it cannot be completed in December 2019 anymore.

Are they not aware of these challenges before picking December 2019 as completion date?

The message being passed across by SDM in that picture is quite profound.

Eventually, we have the option and opportunity to determine the kind of leaders we want

I do have travel history but have not gone anywhere in 4 years.

This video is a big pointer to why old peeps will continue to be recycled in Nigerian politics.

Imagine adults, who probably claim to have an education and exposure, coming out for rubbish like this.

I have no doubt in my mind there cannot be one serious fellow amongst them.

That was in 2017, I don’t know if it’s still thesame now and I don’t think it has anything to do with getting the visa or refusal, it just depends on the eco that my application was assigned to. During summer like this, na holiday dey most of them brain. Although during that time in 2017, most of the people who got theirs early and were first time applicant were refused and the first time applicants that got theirs late were given visas. (Just my opinion)

Thanks. Mine is currently with them for almost two months now
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by rman: 6:24pm On Sep 19, 2019
Three months for you to get the visa. Will those that were rejected have to wait for 3 months too?

Is delay to return passport a good sign that the visa will be issued?

Suuz:

A lot of people have been experiencing delays, it’s not just you, you have to wait it out. When I applied for my first visa, it took 3months for the application to be processed and for me to get my passport back.

When is your trip?

The UK trip was planned for December, the training is October ending
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by rman: 6:09pm On Sep 18, 2019
Me and my family applied for UK tourist visa first week of August.
Got an email on 27th that a decision has been made and TLS will contact me shortly. Up till today, no email, no further communications.

What got me bothered was my colleague who applied same week for a tourist visa have received his passport two weeks ago. He got the visa.

What exactly could be the issue?

I went to TLS and was told they are yet to receive our passports (my family)

I have a foreign training in another country sponsored by my company and now I need my passport back.

How do I go about this? Is this situation normal?

SayginSA:

If Nigeria dare do that,it will regret that for the rest of it's country if it exist as a country after that. Most of those companies have large number of American,British,German,Singaporean,Hong Kong, etc share holders (from pension funds, hedge funds, banks to trusts of wealthy families). Take Shoprite for example,Norway Pension Fund hold a double digits stake there. Americans and British make up over 50% of shareholders. Game is own by Massmart a south african company, which Waltmart bought a controlling stake. MTN has amongs it's shareholder, some of the most powerful men on earth. SABMiller merged with Brazillian-Belgium AB Inbev, giving old AB InBev controlling stake in the 'new' company. DSTv is owned by world tech investment giant Naspers a South African company, with top contacts in US and Britain...so expect foreign nigeria accounts to be frezzed and assets to be attached or worse sanctions from US and Britain.

A lot of peeps are just too emotional to dig deeper and find out the truth.
You know the truth! Kudos

Electricity in Nigeria is no more a right and a social a memory but a commodity that is now being sold by the govt to the highest bidder.. If this is true then it's a shame

Dividends of privatization.

Positive: Those ready to pay will enjoy services. Those that bypass meters or do not pay, will be in the dark for longer periods

Negative: ........ the poor own the SME space and it will affect rapid growth of their small businesses if a critical input like electricity is not quickly commodified

hahahaha. blackie blackie blackie. easy on boy. this is not a strong thing.
he may probably have a point there. those guys should stop damaging the image of the band. is hard to accept but blackie began the band. he gave those guys their careers. turns our that he became the least successful. he was really pained and that hurt him. he is resentful and lacks versatility that is why his career suffered. ego killed that man. but do you blame him when they all ripped him off. he brought 2face to lagos and 2face lived with his uncle who worked with customs in lagos. but las lass 2face did him wrong. no doubt. we understand that the man is pained but 2face did not try. the man brought you to lagos, harnessed your singing talent, you lived with his uncle, you stole the man's song, and the man is broken.
ego killed blackface. he felt everyone will remain in that condition, but life changes and you have to accept the changes. blackface is not humble at all. he is a very proud man. and that pride killed him. he is the most talented lyricist of the trio but talent does not sell alone. sometimes shenanigans and luck. Tuface had the best vocal skill in the 3 and Kenny gave him massive promo. Face struggled alone to survive and no manager came in to help his career. he has one bad broken tooth that i think he could have fixed to help his career.
Tuface is the winner and he had it all. If I were blackface, just be humble and go into managing and promotion of younger talents. he could have excelled as a manager instead of an artist cos he is really talented. Igboh cannabis ruined his career. while tuface was polishing himself and edging closer to classy and more refined people, blackie was still forming ghetto and rasta sensi nonsense. He killed himself.
he could have polished himself and he speak better english than face and tuface.
tuface: ultimate opportunist. He got the marketable vocals
face: fix your teeth. Tiny vocals
blackface:ego. heavily talented. cannabis and ghetto. Stop fighting the government fight for your money.

They all live with Blackface senior brother that works in the army when they first arrived Lagos for a very short period
