The guy is RIGHT, if I may add. I log on to nairaland, to get updates. Unfortunately, sometimes I get bored/lost with unnecessary post of how someone did this and that and how some people are fighting over someone on cyberspace. Na wa for Nigerians o. If you guys want to get involved in all that I most recommend you take all that to myspace. I log on and half the time, I have to read posts that I have no business knowing anything about. Before I get to find one that really pertains to the topic I am lost and have to figure out what is really real compared to what is not. Let me say now that I am not frustrated or mad at the WORLD, besides I am one of a few that is just passing time to get into SHELL. If SHELL does not answer, all I do is just continue where I am at "CITIBANK" Thanks for reading and please let us limit the posts to things that are informative. Finally, with all that aside , I heard from my recruiter just yesterday, but all he said was for me to fill out some stuff on the SHELL website and send back. I guess we should all be hearing something soon and I hope we all hear what we have all been waiting on.

Aptitude tests are designed to see how well you fit into the advertised job.

The key to passing them is preparing for them.
Find out from past test takers the format of the tests
Practice similar questions, work on your time, develop your own personal strategy for answering such questions,

Don't waste your time looking for "real" questions or whatever, except the company makes it available on their websites, going out of your way to get these questions which may have been gotten illegally is a distraction and doesn't speak much about being a person of integrity which is a key trait most companies look for in a prospective employee. If you always look for short cuts you'll end up not getting to your destination.

Work hard at passing your test on your own and i believe if you do so you'll be rewarded by success, and if you don't you'll have gained something to use next time you sit for the test or similar ones.

I got a total of seven mails from mobil, i no understand

a thousand and one thoughts are probably flying through people's heads this morning, anxiously,hopefully, faithfully we wait and pray, silently wondering what side the coin will flip, 

I know God has destined great things for all of us, whether it be within or outside the walls of shell,he has great plans for each and everyone of us,  i just want everyone to remember that even as the hour draws near,

A job may pay your bills and make life comfortable but it will never define who you are or where you are headed to eventually, the ultimate thing that matters is that you are at peace with God, our lives are in his hands, he formed us, molded us and he knows our names, he sees beyond our rather myopic perspective of life, he knows tomorrow, and he directs,  so whatever side that coin flips, make sure you have a smile plastered across your lips, knowing fully well that he is in control.

I heard from previous sets that there will be no accounting skills test but i am not 100% sure, from what i heard its just IT and engineers who write skills tests.

For corpers please GO for the test, especially for those finishing in feb just take your ID card you'll be allowed into the hall so don't miss this opppurtunity.
