You can probably prove me wrong today if you so have any evidence though so that my orientation too can change for me to re-ignite my believe once again as True indeed and in it entirety.

Honestly, Back then, No one ever asked such inquisitively probing questions but only believe it after all, No rampant TV nor smartphone availability around NIGERIA.

And no reference over the radio too because I do listen to Football commentaries over the radio then especially how ABEDI PELE of Ghana had terrorized Naija oooo grin grin grin
it was one fable every 90's kid believed.

Bros.

1. Which Match did you watch?

2. Where you watch am?

3. Live or on TV?

4. On YouTube or which sports Link?

5. Where precisely did the Match take place?

6. When? Which year that is?

7. What category of the FIFA organized tournament was it?

8. I mean, was it U17? U20? U23?

9. Or Does it involved the GREEN EAGLES or the SUPER EAGLES

10. What particular Player or Players actually featured in that Match?

11. Was it even a friendly Match?

12. Why was it not being documented and referenced like other great Matches?

Even the ban rumor on INDIA over the said Match was never True. The only time INDIA was actually banned was in 1950 World cup over their refusal to play football with boots while seeking to play barefooted

Look, I actually believed this same story too back then while growing up and up till the early 90's, No one and I repeat, No one till date ever has provided anything answer or answers to the above questions.

You scared me grin cheesy

holaxi:
My girlfriend and I have being together for almost three years now. We've had all the moments the good ,the bad and the ugly.

But recently she met a guy who asked her out, she refused his advances but the guy and her spend so much time on calls and chatting which I don't really like.

I've talked to her so many times about it but if she listens for a week the next week they are back in business.

Last week we were chatting and she just went offline I tried calling her to know what's up only for her number to be busy for like 20 mins. When she came back online and I told her she said she wasn't on call with anyone.

When I probed her further she said she wanted a two weeks break that I complain too much and I don't trust her.

I apologized to her so peace could reign but since then I've started losing interest in her.
Probed! Bros she embezzle your money? grin cheesy

Arsenalholic:
This country is fuçked!

That's the reason I don't dabble into this nonsense.

Nigerians are the cause of their sufferings. The blame lies at our feet on so many counts.

We have leaders that have divided us along the lines of tribe and religion so they can continue to piss on our head.

We embraced this divide as a people like uncivilized and uneducated people, even though Nigeria has one of the highest rates of graduates in Africa. Nigerians are divided and with a very useless bunch of leaders anyone can spit on our faces with glee expecting us to do fvçk all.

We only know how to fight Twitter wars... Yet when one idiot local govt chairman drives around in his expensive jeep you will see all the street boys worshipping the ground he walks on.

How the fvçk are they ever gong to take y'all serious?! Y'all are just clowns, puppets that can pulled to whichever way.

This Xenophobia sh!t can't happen if this country was working. Many Nigerians would sit their asses here and work their butts off.

But because of these same nicompoops in the corridors of power they storm out of this country in droves and still don't have peace.

People were laughing at Sowore the other day for trying to do something. This docility will kill us as a Nation. And I am sorry to say, we are toying with the future of today's kids and the generation yet unborn.

Until we stand up and tell these imbeciles that enough is enough, we will continue to be easy target for other nations.. And we will continue to weep as a Nation.
shit! I felt this (the pic).

I agree with you that sneijder was robbed in favour of a certain Leonel Messi. Till today I still regard sneijder as the true winner of the 2010 ballon d'Or and not Messi. Ojoro cancel Ojoro
he won a treble with inter Milan in 2010, he helped neitherland to reach the World Cup final that same year. Sneider made a huge contribution and was significant both for club and country that year, he played a huge part in inter Milan's success and was on the top scorers chart in the 2010 world cup.

I don't know what was the criteria for winning the FIFA player of the year in 2010 and 2018. Wesley Sneider should have had more votes, if modric was crowned the winner in 2018...why not Sneider?

The friendly will be Nigeria's first game after the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have confirmed that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will take on Ukraine in a friendly game in September.

According to NFF boss Amaju Pinnick, the friendly game will take place on Tuesday, September 10 in Kyiv.

In a series of tweets, Pinnick said the friendly game is part of his administration’s initiative to expose more players to international football.

“We have secured a Grade A international friendly match for the Super Eagles against Ukraine in Kyiv, on the 10th of September,” Pinnick said on Twitter.

“It is part of our on-going drive to expose as many players as we can to global football, so this should be another springboard for our young stars.”

Nigeria and Ukraine have never met on the senior level.

The friendly will be Super Eagles’ first game since they won bronze at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.

The Super Eagles won five games at AFCON 2019 as they went all the way to win a record eight bronze medal.

Abuja stadium is too big to host the competition.. And aside Kaduna, I don't think there is any city in the core north that has the facilities to host the competition.. Even Kano has an astro pitch stadium...not good enough for the game..
And when u consider the recent cases of banditry in the region makes it not very safe. Plus Sharia law may cause wahala
i thought the Abuja stadium is in a sore state?
