- It is not illegal for INEC officials to collect bribe
- It is also not illegal to steal ballot boxes by police during election
- It is also not illegal for INEC staffs to be seen with election materials in their private residence before the election dates
- It is also not illegal to steal the peoples mandate
- It is also not illegal for INEC chairman to receive directives from APC either to publish results or not.
- It is also not illegal for INEC officials to thumbprint ballot papers by themselves.


Developed countries transmit results electronically just for ease of voting and fairness... But here in Nigeria, it is an illegal thing to do.

you dont need to cry a river, just move for the ammendment of the electoral act, the current electoral act does not allow for electronic transmission of results, if anybody does that they do it illegally.......even if its true Atiku has a server result, they were done illegally and obtained by Atiku and pdp illeglly........before you start saying Buhari refused to sign the electoral act, he expressly said he will sign the new electoral act if it will not be used for 2019 elections as signing it for use in 2019 will disstabilize INECs plans which hd already reached advanced stage....

According to the last paragraph of the above article INEC have "long term" plans to use the servers for collation of election results, meaning they currently don't use the servers for collation of election results ....their servers are only being used for normal activities just like we all have servers in our offices.... And
Electoral Act does not provide for it so INEC has no reason to use severs for collation of election results. Atikus server results are simply figments of imagination
