My bank says it can’t do more than 3k USD, the payment instructions were 12k usd. The option is to source black market and put in dorm and initiate. If I may ask, what bank did you use? Can I send you a mail for more info? impeccablerose: |

Please give it a thought. So sorry for the news. It’s safe to say most applications that take too long don’t come bearing good news. And I always believe in something, do your best to address refusal reasons so it won’t affect your applications to any other country. I really don’t know the extent to the checks they do when they share information. See it this way, 1/2 refusals is same with 5 refusals. So all die na die. God strengthen us all. Kindly take August to rest, wait for notes, restrategize and fire back September. EmeeNaka: 2 Likes |

Yes, it’s in the works. I do not want to change anything about my application incase my consultant finds my file fit for JR. But if it’s a reapplication I will definitely do GIC because my fees now has literally been fully paid. I think I just have about 628 cad left. So GIC of about 13-15k do. Thanks for your feedback. Been a minute. Well done. Needed to be away for my mental health. There’s light at the end of the tunnel. 2nd notes I ordered came back blank, most of the info were redacted. So I’m waiting for the third notes due September 11. It’s unclear if I’m doing JR or reapplication till I see my notes. So I got good news today while at it. My school, Royal Roads awarded me 5,000 cad aid, that’s like clearing my remaining tuition of 4900 having paid 28k already. I believe it will help my next application as I only need to show living costs. With this development it’s almost as though I should do GIC and reapply but unless my consultant says so. I just told him of this new development and I’m waiting for his feedback. What do you guys think? 9 Likes |

My own humble advise to the applicant is wait for your notes. His case and mine are similar. My uncle sponsor and mum co-sponsor and the RCIC I am consulting with asked three questions: Did you show ties between your parent and your uncle. Did the person related to your uncle whether dad or mum do a letter attaching birth certificate showing both their parents names are connected? Would you say you did your best by connecting the ties? I shouldn’t assume they will do their own check, most of the time they rely on whatever they have in front of them, don’t forget they have barely 1 hour to peruse each application. Forget that 4 month eligibility. Again, you can’t conclude your uncle sponsoring you is the issue until you see your notes. If I’m reapplying my consultant has told me to pay entire fees and do GIC. If still you are denied for personal assets n financial status, JR! Like I said, our cases are similar but till my notes are out before they know what step to take. bollybeejay: |

Hi, thanks for checking. Not yet. A consultant has reviewed my application from the surface, says I may reapply but till my notes come before he will be certain I won’t need JR. Said I didn’t do much with proving relationship between my uncle and I, no birth certificate showing he’s my dads brother, among other little things in his own opinion. A lawyer is currently reviewing also and am waiting for his comments. thanks for checking in, I came to reply cos I got your mail Oyesquare10: 3 Likes |

Personal Assets & Financial Status My first preassessment notes were vague, in fact i still don't understand it till today as attached. I did a lot of things differently despite that in this second application: I paid 28k out of 33k of my tuition through my mum, she gave me 7m which i immediately used to pay 20k cad (in my first application i paid only 7k) I showed 10.3m in bank account (MBS) (my sponsor gave me 6m since last year Nov and still standing in my account, balance of 4m was my savings) (funds were still intact) i had mutual funds of 1.4m (since first application) I had 2.4m in pension ( got a letter from PFA 25% is immediately accessible) also since my first application i attached gift deeds for both my uncle and the new funds my mum gave me My uncle showed over 18m in his bank plus introduction letter showing his net worth My mum attached a retirement letter and stated that she had funds from her 32 years of working, she also had a balance of 4m left to show she will be fine I included study leave and evidence I got a promotion last year and commendation for stepping in an acting position as MD. My husbands business docs, showed also 2.3m in his account, he had 2m as fixed deposit (same with first application) I attached his land docs and added the survey in the second application i bought shares almost 500K to establish assets (new) I have ordered for my first and second notes, maybe I should have ordered final notes from my first application because i used preassessment notes while my application was still in progress to apply. I am numb, I am sad, I feel like all my efforts were in vain. I had ordered my notes last month to see what was happening and they are only due tomorrow, i guess they dished out the refusal today so i wouldnt have time to ammend. EmeeNaka: 2 Likes 1 Share

True, i think you are right. cos on my application i indicated i had 69k plus but on the gcms notes, available funds quoted was 68,500. so its clear they inputted it. i always assumed it was what the computer inputted. we learn everyday, thanks for the insight. TennieYF: |

TennieYF, see my notes too, pretty much same with yours. it only means nothing has happened despite that my eligibility has started since April 18th or the notes were not updated. Fingers crossed and mountain praying and fasting 3 Likes

Hate to say this, but welcome to the club, eligibility blank gang. Compliance verification should read required anyway but it means almost nothing as most notes have compliance verification required TennieYF: 1 Like |

I can relate. I think the AIP thing helped, you had a glimmer of hope or at least you can make minimal plans with that. If I had AIP at least I will know directions and steps to take while waiting for PPR. ugurus: 1 Like |

That’s where I feel I fault their processes. Those ones with intakes that have no close intake deferral should also be prioritized. But there’s no way they can also know if they aren’t even checking the applications. I have lost 2 job offers because I was waiting and I didn’t want to resume a new place and leave them stranded in 2 months because I want to travel. I also can’t consider UK cos I have paid over 10m in tuition to Canada and I can’t begin the process without withdrawing that. It is well… na we Dey find something EmeeNaka: 5 Likes |

I doubt much, they may only revert to the AIP process if they want to insist on virtual learning. What i see is, they are pushing the remaining approvals to January probably because they have met their threshold rather than just deny outrightly which is even better. My school has already deferred my admission to January, however I dont intend to update IRCC since my LOA is still valid till 6th of September EmeeNaka: |

JR if you can. What local options did you have, and where do they get their info? what evidence do they have? That alone is enough for you to win the case. The only concern is ties but they themselves have said you have some economic ties so that should count. Also your siblings, are they on legal status and not that they filed for refugee or became a burden at some point? Also have they finished their course? have they progressed? If no then that’s the problem and what should be addressed with strong LOE. If yes please JR Tarama: |

Something on KSA's instagram page is worth looking at, there may be no guarantee of people getting decisions by August 6. let's see what IRCC themselves say 2 Likes 1 Share |
