I had two friends back then in my days in Nigeria with two distinct personality's.

For those of us that gym, Please try to balance your body.. Laps and calves take time and consistency to build... We cam gym till even 50 or 60+, no rush...
I Travelled to another state and followed a friend to his gym.... Mehn, 90% of them just focused on their upper body while their legs look like toothpicks... While having a conversation with one, he told me he has gone too far to leave benching, dumbbells, back press etc and start focusing on squat and lounges...i wonder where they are rushing to..
