It's obvious you are not in the system but be proving strength over what you are ignorant of. State Government pays salary from Federal government monthly allocation. Invariably it means salary might delay (unless they pay from internally generated revenue). In essence, salary payment for the state hangs on Federal government and that's what he's talking about.

The truth is the meeting was organised to see headways to curb the menace in schools. It wasn't supposed to be a general public knowledge meeting. Whoever cut that part of the meeting in this video probably did it to show the laxity in Dowen College, and hungry bloggers pounced on the video.

I was in that zoom meeting. It was held by school owners and some parents not parents of Dowen students, please take note.

Does anyone has an explanation to why some beneficiaries haven't been paid their September stipends despite providing correct account details and BVN? NPower announced another round of payment just last week yet some haven't been paid. At this rate, I would advise those of you waiting for Oct and Nov. to not raise your hopes too high. If NPower wants to clear all outstanding payments, it is not likely that you guys would be paid this year. Many haven't been paid their September stipends for no offence or reasonable reasons.

In previous batches, people were paid even when there were arrears of payment for some. That some have not been paid September stipend is no guarantee that those that have received September won't get their October and November stipends.

That said, they've started paying those that have not been paid September. If you've not gotten, relax, it will reach you.

Their names should be mentioned.
