Reason for having manholes/chambers for easy access in case the pipe is block.

Good reason why I designed my commercial building with multiple toilet with 160mm pipe agains regular 100mm as soil pipe into the suck away now
The 1st one I did about 8yrs ago has about 16 toilets, up till today NO SINGLE OPENING OF CHAMBER for once

There are many granite in tiles shape now.
You can post the pics here.
If it’s real granite in tiles size/ shape I will still advise you go for real spanish/ Italians porcelain tiles

Granite is outed for sittingroom
Only good for pillar design, kitchen counter top or any related counter top,
Go for spanish or Italian porcelain tiles bigger size from 600*600, 1000*1000 , etc
