Yes, reason why I said it will be minimal bcs there will be paper or any items related to that to cover the floor as you really said.

For me, I do painting before and after post cleaning.

It’s really simple but most people don’t know.
This is it in more elaborate understanding way

If happened that you are the contractor that handled the whole building project you will not have much RUBBISH dirty In your site,
Why bcs when each workers, Tiler, plumber,electrician etc finished up there job on daily bases they will clean up the site.
with this system you will have lesser dirty environment at your site.
So when it’s time to paint the building.

1, painter will do 1st paint coat, while doing that the cleaner will be called to start general cleaning of the tiles, window, doors etc.
2 immediately that was done then painter will have free and good environment to do the stress free 2nd coat which is the final.
Finally any little drop of paint on tiles/ floors can be easily clean by the painter.
Soo simple

But your painter must be a good painter not bricklayer turned to painter.

This system will save you cost of materials and stress as a contractor or home owner.

Finishings is a the most stressful part of building work.

In other news again our 12 units flats for a member here is going on somewhere in ikorodu Lagos.
Still at foundation level.
