As you can see we have used scaffolding to work on that sport earlier so the block set up there was used to do little smoothing but never the less I will stick to your advise

You need the complete suite of drawings for this - architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical.

Then use your drawings to get a comprehensive quote from a builder and/or QS through a paid service. you definitely can afford one.

Pls don't play pro bono games with that kind of structure. it also depends on what you are building...flats, shops, mixed development or others.

It's painful experience cause it makes one look unserious. Imagine dropping a quotation on a weekend and to change it all again by Monday

My brother the issue of prices/ quotation now is a serious issue.
But ones you put clause in your quotation you are safe.

Bro, what type of door is in the front of that veranda? My own veranda is not fully covered by the roof like this one as I want to feel and see direct sunlight and clear sky when in the balcony. My concern is the door as the door will be exposed to the rains. I intend using hard wood (iroko) mahogany wood but don't know how sensitive it is to the waters.

What am trying to show their is the railing.

About your door I will advise you to go for real iron door made in Nigeria not all those Turkish made oo bcs 95pec of those Turkish made are not real iron

7500 per bags and 2000 for 1kg filers.
