Hello House,

We digged septic tank and Soakaway for 6 flats. 3 flats with one septic tank, the other flat with one Septic Tank. And one central Soakaway and we channeled the bathroom and kitchen water to the Soakaway. Within 6 months. The two septic tank Got Filled and the Soakaway. After, we discharged the Septic Tank. We disconnected, the bathroom and kitchen water of 4 flats. But, to my surprise. Within 4 months the septic tank got Filled again.

What could be the problem

Is this place a water lodge area ?

One thing I notice about houses built in Anambra state is that the houses always looks beautiful from outside but when you enter the house, the internal designs/plan aren't always good.

Please I'm not trying to critic ur project. I'm only stating my observation

If na my house, I for deck between the two front pillars with stairs leading to the space and use it as upper sit-out. It is called bonus room. The roof concept make sense.

Actually it boils down to choice.
But me I don’t really like the black of it too.
This my client insisted on conventional colour (black)he used to, I told him OGA let’s use another colour he didn’t listen until we got to ware house he changed his mind to this colour

I thought that screeding of external walls also brings out the smoothness and finess of paints. When walls are not screeded, the beauty of the final painting work tends not to be that smooth.

Screeding also helps to ward off retention of rain splashes on the wall. I stand to be corrected.

No doubt about your post, you are very correct.
But what I’m trying to point out is that we can get our wall 70-80pec smooth without screeding.
What most people/ artisan believed now is that only screeding can make your wall smooth which is very wrong there poor handling of job make client believed them ( artisan).
More so you can get your paint well smooth without screeding, if your wall is nicely plastered coupled with prima as undercoat.

You don't need to respond to everyone, there are lots of people learning from you.

No body has monopoly of wisdom, we learn everyday.

Some are here to learn while some are here to correct some impressions and wrong doing.

When we see this type of building practice we need to say a little to reduce.
1; building defects
2; collapse of building
3; bad impressions toward professionals
4; save of lives and prosperities
5; unnecessary nearest future expenses
And many more.

Remember doctor can only kill only one person at a go but builder/engineer can kill a dozen of people’s at a go when building collapse .... God forbid.

We are not fighting here.
