There are different opinion to this , if someone can afford to build a house worth over 50 million; I can assure you he or she can afford a parapet on it if they choose to . Some people choose to go for precast for different reasons, it give opportunity for different amazing design one can achieve with precast, secondly other opinion consider additional weight to the building due to the terrain.

You didn’t state if it’s the piping alone or finishing or even both.

My house is a four bedrooms bungalow plus a study room and here is the quotation I got for just the piping work.

This is not bad BUT your type of material is diff from his own, your is PVC materials while his own is PPR materials.
But nevertheless what the plumber quote is MUCH as I said earlier he can get it lower here (Lagos/ nairaland supplier) if he wishes

But the Number 1 item (100mm pipe thick quoted for N2000 is too low , that is around 2500-3000 for thick type)

With the total amount I’m seen there, you can get far lesser from here.
