I thought I am the only one seeing his charges too cheap to be true.

Recheck the info again.. it’s possible we are not newbie in the construction industry, all we care about @arbo contractor Ltd is to make sure you get value for your money and also make sure middle/ low class people can get where they can call there own house without breaking the bank to get such.

Presently some members here are in discussion with me about how they can get this, possibly when it’s done I shall post it here for others to see.
Thanks.

Watch out for “THE GAME ARENA “

How do engineers confirm that a foundation is balanced in other to avoid this situation?
Especially for a slanted landscape.

I do makes use of theodolite, digital leveling instrument or total station to determine this.
Just like how I did here ( pics attached.

You can reach out to us on 08066619493
BUT only that we don’t do per day visitation for full construction work.

We are currently working in Ibadan along Ife road ( gbagi mkt area)

The last part of his post added terms and conditions....

But is it not good you drop your house foundation plan and let him say if it can still be done. Probably he can drop a sample foundation plan as well.

I am one not keen on the 3D of any house because any house can look good from the exterior but it's the inside that matters.
Lots of homes have shitty insides but it all depends on the clients taste and the Architect's/Engineer's/Builder's concept.

Yes “terms and conditions apply”
Such as
-The nature of the soil/ land
-Duration of the project
-Payment plan

Wao! This is a nice deal $6k is around 10m. I have spent more than this in my 3 bedroom project and I am yet to do pop, plaster, plumbing and electrical Finish

Since you started this project, let me hazard a guess of what has been spent in this building considering the hyperinflation vis a vis the Tinubu & Buhari economic system, l think over 200million Naira don enter the ground of the building , l might be wrong though

You are 95 % right ma.
The 4th building is also going on right now which made the figure close to 300m so far

The 4th building is full game house for children and adult couples with children swimming pool
