Family › Re: My Wife Lied To Me About Her Age by roymary: 12:41pm On Dec 24, 2010 |
Well, too bad you never knew women lie big time. Statistically, older women lie about their age. Even my kid sister at 22 would tell you she's 25 simply because she wants to be seen as more matured than she is. 60% of the entire women I've met lied about their age. Seriously, the poor lady just wanted to get married and knew you might be turned off with the age thing. Yes, you should be mad at this point but Hey, what if she never told you because many others will keep that lil secret forever if possible.
I found out you shouldn't expect perfection from anybody, concentrate more on their good traits and pay less attention to their flaws. There are worst women out there, yours only lied about her age.

Gentlebabs: INSTALLING LOVE
Gentle Babs: Yes, … how can I help you?
Freecocoa: Well, after much consideration, I've decided to install Love. Can you guide me though the process?
Gentle Babs: Yes. I can help you. Are you ready to proceed?
Freecocoa: Well, I'm not very technical, but I think I'm ready. What do I do first?
Gentle Babs: The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart?
Freecocoa: Yes, but there are several other programs running now. Is it okay to install Love while they are running?
Gentle Babs: What programs are running ?
Freecocoa: Let's see, I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudge and Resentment running right now.
Gentle Babs: No problem, Love will gradually erase Past Hurt from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory but it will no longer disrupt other programs. Love will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-Esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment. Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed. Can you turn those off ? Freecocoa: I don't know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?
Gentle Babs: With pleasure. Go to your start menu and invoke Forgiveness. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge and Resentment have been completely erased.
Freecocoa: Okay, done! Love has started installing itself. Is that normal?
Gentle Babs: Yes, but remember that you have only the base program. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts in order to get the upgrades.
Freecocoa: Oops! I have an error message already. It says, "Error - Program not run on external components ." What should I do?
Gentle Babs: Don't worry. It means that the Love program is set up to run on Internal Hearts, but has not yet been run on your Heart. In non-technical terms, it simply means you have to Love yourself before you can Love others.
Freecocoa: So, what should I do?
Gentle Babs: Pull down Self-Acceptance; then click on the following files: Forgive-Self; Realize Your Worth; and Acknowledge your Limitations.
Freecocoa: Okay, done.
Gentle Babs: Now, copy them to the "My Heart" directory. The system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching faulty programming. Also, you need to delete Verbose Self-Criticism from all directories and empty your Recycle Bin to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.
Freecocoa: Got it. Hey! My heart is filling up with new files. Smile is playing on my monitor and Peace and Contentment are copying themselves all over My Heart. Is this normal?
Gentle Babs: Sometimes. For others it takes awhile, but eventually everything gets it at the proper time. So Love is installed and running. One more thing before we hang up. Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will in turn share it with others and return some cool modules back to you. Wow!!! I enjoyed this. You are officially the Love Systems Analyst. |

Family › Re: When Is The Right Time To Get Married? by roymary: 5:01am On Dec 22, 2010 |
Advise: Its right time to get married when you are tired of the streets otherwise you will run back to the streets or end up on the street.
Clue: Understand the street. Street includes Ladies, Men, Money , friendships and Relationships.
Solution: Appreciate your partner because you already know she's better than the streets. You are safer in the house with your wife and kids.
Age: With my experience, I believe you should be done with the streets at 26 regardless of your sex- I was done at 22.
Spirituality: When you are divinely presented with your life partner. You can't say No.
Money and maturity that does not come with valuable life experiences and knowledge; would not guarantee you a successful marriage. |

MzDarkSkin: *modified. . .
Let's just say one is RAGgedy, another is a former "ally" turned Johndoe to me and the last one is STRANGE.
The first is a stalker so I ignore her. I have on several occasions via "who's online" caught her peeping @ my profile/posts - which she verifies each time I change my pik by following me to let me know she's seen them . I have even replied to her, logged off and replied to her again after 15 minutes and within seconds she would reply indicating her "waiting" for me. She is obsessed, foul, and classless. You will meet her soon I am sure, as she checks my posts on a daily basis. I'm not EVEN going to mention her name.
JohnDoe, I have tried SOOOO hard to understand and be nice to him but as of recently his posts have become extremely insulting and sexist/tribalist in nature.
Strangerf, I have recently been involved in back-and-forth with but I now choose to ignore him because he is "out of this world" ignorant and frankily like Johndoe he is not approachable, no matter how nice you come @ him he will insult you without delay.
So. . .I have no 2011, advice but rather an IMMEDIATE EFFECT DECLARATION as of tonight I wont dish insults/disrespect, so I expect not to receive it. Arguing is fun, ha ha but tiring esp. when someone ends up cyber stalking me so. . .just stay out of my way to the three above and it's all good. I will be insulted once I press this "reply" button but it's nothing new or important. Oh Darkskin, whats your name? Oh Darkskin, Whats your name?? Oh Darkskin, Whats your name LOL Hope you are also well armored. Dunno about others but i got ya back any day. Nairaland is fun regardless. |

slymm: @roymary, as i said i get your point, i understand your view, i just do not find it in good taste when people cry 'shallow', vain, materialistic, and 'selfish' because someone buys a new car, or a big house or wants to indulge in ridiculous jewellery. Sure, there is a lot to be desired concerning the black race, but do not try to tell me 'what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and loose his soul' because he bought a car. Are you kidding me? And please a racist has his/her mind twisted with beliefs of superiority, why blame it on the one considered inferior? It is like saying a man despoiled a girl because he saw her vajayjay when she was bending over to pick something. Seriously? You think the racists look down on the blacks,, jews, latinas and asians because they are poor? Or uneducated? I do not intend to change your opinion of beyonce and her bugatti or rich people who buy bling, it is yours and you can hang on to it. Ok, @ roymary you are starting to come off as really really pathetic, now you wanna go attacking me and my expensive bags. You are worse than i thought. You do not know me, so please stop with the childish talk about the world not being about me. Lord, lordy, do i know you? Just because i like expensive things do not start tagging me as selfish and vain. You do not sound like a nice person to be around. Infact you sound like a nag who always has an opinion about everything. LoL!!! Oh no Ma'm, That was not my intention. You won. BTW, i love your alleged bags and the Bugatti is not a bad toy. slymm: @roymary, no one said you are poor because you are lazy, i have a lot of hardworking friends who are poor. So do not quote me wrongly. A white woman clutches her handbag when my boyfriend passes her? Really? And i should be bothered because? A racist is a racist, and i could not care less about them everyone is uber sensitive. You seem to have a lot of the inferiority complex regarding your race, and it is so sad. As i said, it is your opinion, and you are entitled to it. I will enjoy the shoes, and bags andd perfumes, they are mine and i bought them with my money. . @buzgee, the money is not hers? really? It belongs to all of us? Since it belongs to all of us, why don't you call her and tell her the proper way to go about spending it? And btw, on that other topic(wink, wink), i hope you are not all talk? Lol! Poor? Maybe the definition of "poor" is comfortability and good health. Ma'm; i'm done arguing. I shared my views, you shared yours. Just understand the world is not about you alone, reach out to people around you, those expensive bags would be of less value later on. Cheers. |

buzugee: spot on. and might i add a couple of things 1, the jews got to the level they are today by being cohesive and forming economic links and bonds. they uplifted each other till they are now on top and controlling the world banking and media. black man gets a few change and buys a 2m buggati really ? thats just downright pathetic. all that argument that it is her money does not wash. the money does not belong to her. the money is passing through her. all the resources in the world belong to all of us but a chunk of the money passes through some few hands and it is their duty to pass it on to the hungry and needy. he who loves his life will loose it. I enjoy your remarks and You know its a good thing to know there are people with selfless traits. Nairaland is such an eyeopener; it allows me to understand the varieties of people we also have in this part of the world. Many people here say stuff that astounds me and i also get so disappointed;considering how i grew up and many other people that i know, its so alarming what many of us has turned out to be. Gracefully, thing i have seen some real good things but i never got carried away; nor look down on the less privileged nor exhibit blasphemy with the desire for anything extraordinary. I worry about people that can't even afford 3 square meal than to rejoice excessively with the Wealthy' lavishing cash around and showing it off ; forgetting it draws the weaker vessels to commit more crime outta contempt of being oppressed--- The spate of our actions goes beyond our imaginations and as Africans i expected better humility than we evolve even here on our homegrown Nairaland. Some people on Nairaland says you are poor because you are lazy! Its the most ridiculous expression i heard in 2010. |

slymm: @roymary, i ask again which hole exactly did you crawl out from? And you can go on and on about role models and how the black race has none. B and jayz are celebrities, mnnnkay! Stop trying to turn them into role models, they sing, and rap and dance, i do not know many parents who believe their children should look up to them as role models. You paint the black race as a suffering one looking for a redeemer. Inferiority complex much? Whatever you think of me means nothing, because you do not know me, so your silly talk about how i made my money is just plain silly. Once again you remind me of those poor people who nag, and then tryy to comfort themselves with mantras like 'i do not know how he/she made her money'. Myy point is stop bringing up charity case, and poverty and the homeless everytime a celebrity or a rich person indulges himsel/herslef. It is a very pathetic thing to do, because you have no right no matter what to give an opinion about how anyone should spend their money. If anyone admires the car, then you scream materialistic and shallow. Do you not see you are the one with the problem? Does it make a difference if a white person over indulges? I bet it does to you. @pakavy, naahhh, i think i like buzgee, but it will not work because i love to indulge in the finer things of life, i do not like small cars, and i certainly enjoy luxury. On second thought, if he is any good in the hay, he can be my bleep buddy, i do not think values and opinions factor into a good bleep.(lol! Just kidding). Where is buzgee by the way? Seriously? I won't go on and on explaining this and that to you. I'm no where close to suffering. I've lived and still living the good things of life. I'ma tell you like this, next time you see a white lady drag her handbag closer to her chest when your boyfriend walks into a mall; then don't scream the race outburst. You know why they do that, because they believe you black and good for nearly nothing. The lady won't let her bag loose unless BEY walks in. Catch the lil drift? I don't think so. You might be successful as an individual but your race will always be ridiculed collectively. Some day you will have cause to worry about others. Enjoy the SALVATORE FERRAGAMO and Jimmy Choo for now. |

slymm: @roymary, which hole exactly did you crawl out from? And you are intelligent because? Let me see, because you believe b and her hubby are over indulged, drivin a bugatti and not helping the poor black folks? Well as i said, it is your inferiority complex and laziness coupled with your foolishness that makes you think b is the redeemer of the black racee and as such should not spend so much money on a car. You just sit on your backside waiting for b to come save your world, Just wait. She is coming soon. Luxury is vanity. Keep looking at peoples money and getting angry at them for spending it. You remind me of those relatives in the village, always groaning and bemoaning their poverty stricken fate, swearing and cursing at their brother in the city. Na me do you? @ pakavy, dude, why you gonna be starting something between me and buzgee hmnn? Lol! Lol! @buzgee, hahaha, my pics huh. Who knows, i just might upload one for you to see. Lol! I stopped arguing with complete Jebends but simpletons like you needs a dose of intelligence. First, If I actually live in a hole; you'd prefer to stay here. I have no idea how old you are but its evident you have no clue what epidemic the black race has always faced considering our profound lifestyle filled with greed. Black race has never nor now have good role models.. This is where the celebs comes in, its not a BEY-HOVA against black community debate; but the generally public has sprung up numerous black people that ought to uplift a reasonable percentage of the rest. Every race has problems but research and daily life situation has shown the black race has no strong bond within. Until the egotistical attitude is eradicated, your black race will get no respect nor experience a collective transformation. In your own shallow mind, you believe the poor man is destitute because of laziness You keep screaming about me expecting Bey to come save the world; It only shows how retarded you are if thats the message you get from my remarks. Personally, you sound selfish and such people end up been broke(thats if you have any reasonable cash at the mo.). Your wealthy black bros and sis spend fortune on blings and fast cars; they end up struggling with their taxes and keeping the outrageous lifestyle; you see nothing wrong with this? There is nothing wrong with individuality but one that is not keen about helping others undermines the real essence of togetherness. Black race simply wants to play the individuality game and its the main reason we are so backward. In a nutshell, you are one of the offspring of greed and selfish people end up broke. BTW, your village people might look at you with a feeling of awe but if they know what you go through to keep up that virtual lifestyle you have chosen, they wouldn't want to be you; guess they have better rest of their various minds. Back to the thread, Its a good thing BEY acquired that flamboyant ride for her hubby. That does not nullify the need for black wealthy celebs to reasonably come together and help their various communities; its not getting any better in their own communities. |
