As one of the bail condition ,he was told by the court not to be seen in a gathering of more than 10 people but as of today,he is addressing crowd and making hate speeches.
When will he be rearrested to douse the tension in the country especially the south east.

THE REASON IS SIMPLE. IT IS ONLY THE COURT THAT GRANTED THE BAIL THAT CAN DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT HE HAS VIOLATED THE BAIL CONDITIONS. THE COURT HAS NOT SAT SINCE HE WAS GRANTED BAIL. LETS WAIT FOR THE NEXT SITTING OF THE COURT.

ALSO NOTE THAT IT IS THE DUTY OF THE PROSECUTION TO INFORM THE COURT THAT THE BAIL CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN BREACHED. HE CANNOT BE ARRESTED WITHOUT THE COURT ROVOKING THE BAIL GRANTED TO HIM

Can someone please advice on how to collect house keys from a tenant who happens to be a lawyer. This house is in Ibadan and this tenant has refused to pay for almost two years now and has also refused to give up the keys despite several promises made by him to vacate. An Imo based couple, Mr and Mrs Ike pictured carrying their four months old son after he was allegedly kidnapped and sold by a police corporal, Uche Odoemena, popularly known as Prince. The joy of the couple knew no bound when they were handed over the rescued boy in Owerri, the Imo State capital.

The Police corporal who has been reportedly dismissed after the state Commissioner of Police ordered for him to be tried in the police orderly room is said to be in detention now at the Owerri Federal prison facility.

Ike claimed that the policeman, popularly known as Prince, snatched her baby at gun point in front of her husband. She also said a lady aided Prince while he carried out the act.

Ike claimed the police corporal, who was reportedly dismissed after he was arrested and tried in the police orderly room and said to have been remanded in prison, allegedly sold the baby to Mercy Home Orphanage in Owerri, the state capital.
