*Frame type is around 40-60k
*Frameless type something in region of 80-120k
All depends on the size of the bathroom.


Ready made imported corner cubicle 90x90 price range 50-60k ( this comes with shower base, but have it in mind that every 2-3yrs you will change it,... low quality) non on like before when average quality was in circulation

4 diff people need to work there.

1 Brick layer,( to set up the block work)
2. Plumber( to arrange the piping system)
3.Aluminium fabricator (to design and install the cubicle) but if its already made type you don't need Alum... fabri.. plumber will do the installation.
4. Tiler ( he will handle the tiling aspect of the job.

you can only get accurate measurement when the physical wooden roof carcass is done, apart from that any measurement you are getting now will be plus or minus 10% or 15%, but you can have an ideal what you should be budgeting, thanks

You probably need to get the measurements from the roof wood structure because of the kingpost, porches and roof pattern then multiply the meters to know the actual square meter the roof sheet would be. That will give you more accurate estimation.

I sell Bozak coil too ma if you want, but more expensive than this, this one is Alamaca Aluminium from Korea, the gauge too is full and complete gauge very quality, what is the gauge you are looking at 0.45mm or 0.55mm and what type of design, long span, metcopo or stepped tiles? I will waiting for your field back ma.

What is the quality of the long span aluminum. Is it of same quality with that of Tower or First Aluminum

First is the installation Problem, if you use unprofessional and bad installers you will have leakages

Second point is the gauge, my advice, use 0.55 gauge for either stepped tiles or metcop because of their corrugating designs


Third, the machines use in corrugating the aluminum, some aluminum company corrugating machines are bad, and they will use it to corrugate for you any way.

Bottom line; if you get 0.70mm guage for unprofessional installers, they will mess up your roofing sheets, it will look rough and leak water, my advice is that don't use 0.45mm for stepped tiles and Metcopo, 0.45mm gauge is only good for long span, metral or normal design, get professional aluminum installers, we charge only just N150 per square meter to one install your either long span, stepped tiles and metcopo, and N170 per square meter for stone coated.
