The mere fact that a house is marked with red colour does not mean a potential buyer should not buy. I will advise you to investigate the reason why the house was marked and the appropriate regulatory agency that marked the house. Some unscrupulous civil servants go about marking houses in red colour with a view to extorting money from the owners.

Again, some houses may be so marked by enemies to prevent the owners from selling the house

Gosh, delerx, kindly ignore this pleb. This is the problem i have with the internet, filled with ITK people. That was how one quoted me to be blabbing nonsense on the abortion thread. Also saw one ITK in a thread where someone posted a pic of a cousin's head, with so many swellings, he was blasted by the doctor he quoted, the guy was even just a medical student that was talking jargons.

As for u that I quoted. There is NOTHING like toilet infections. It is true that some of this viruses can be in the toilet sit or whatever, but they don't live long outside the body. As a matter it is very difficult to pick a large amount of virus to cause any disease in the toilet, as an healthy immune system will easily knock it out. The virus even have to penetrate through the urethra or through a cut on the buttocks or something, so it very much unlikely. Normal hygiene of washing hands properly, and wiping of properly after toilet is enough to keep u at harms length. No girl or babe should come and deceive you that she got an infection from the toilet. There is also a difference b/w UTI and STDs. UTI are not contagious or sexually transmitted even though they can cause some discomfort too, especially in women and needs treatment. UTIs are caused by self, improper hygiene mostly after using the toilet not because one virus is waiting for you in the toilet to infect u. Most of what the OP stated are STDs gotten mainly from sex with an infected partner. If anyone is telling he or she got it from the toilet, both of you are deceiving yourselves.

Xiaomi surprised us once again, after announcing the Mi 5S which wasn’t exactly as we expected — no dual cameras among other stuff. But… they just launched the Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus which actually has two rear cameras!

The Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus sports full-metal design, a 5.7″ screen and it’s powered by the fastest Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 clocked at 2.35Ghz.

The two cameras will be both 13MP from Sony and will differ as in one has a sensor which captures colors while the other one is only black and white, just like what happens on the Huawei P9. The two lenses can be used alone but can also work simultaneously through ClearSight technology, thus giving richer details and less overall noise.

Both cameras support support RAW format shooting, HDR, PDAF and are accompanied by a dual tone LED flash. The Mi 5S Plus can shoot 4K videos at 30fps, 1080p / 720p at 30fps and 720p slow-motion videos at 120fps.

In addition to that the dual camera setup doesn’t protrude from the back. Below the cameras we find a fingerprint scanner.

On the front we find a 4MP Ultra-pixel sensor with 2μm pixels, an aperture or f/2.0 and a 80° degree wide angle lens.

The Xiaomi Mi 5S Plus features NFC (to work with Mi Pay) and 4G+ connectivity, along with carrier aggregation. The Wi-Fi chipset supports ac dual band Wi-Fi with MIMO technology, Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi Display. It’ll possible to use two SIM in dual standby mode with 3 x CA support. Other than that, you also get an infrared which is still a neat feature to have.

The Xiaomi handset carries a 3800mAh battery chargeable with Quick Charge 3.0 and it will come in two versions, the cheaper one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (UFS 2.0), and the pricier variant with 6GB of RAM + 128GB of built-in memory (UFS 2.0).

police arrested German Goalkeeper for conceeding 43 goals.
German Goalkeeper, Marco Kwiotek has been arrested by the police for conceding 43 goals in one match which saw his team SV Vonderort smashed by their local rivals PSV Oberhausen 43-0.
The goalkeeper was picked during a training session after his team lost the game.
The score was 35-0 at halftime, and at one point Vonderort, a German team consisting of refugees from Syria, Iraq and Guinea were only able to field eight players.
PSV Oberhausen felt so bad about the squared that they took off three of their own players just to even up the numbers.
Five days after the game, the police showed up at Vonderort training and arrested Kwiotek. The police gave no reason for his arrest.
However, Kwiotek was quoted saying “They just want to clear some things up” as they took him away.
But he hasn’t been seen since.
There is also some speculations the goalkeeper could have been arrested for match-fixing, but police have refused to comment on why he was arrested.

We have herbalist performing surgeries in some parts of the country right now. They even employ nurses and pay them more than qualified doctors pay sef. We have people who can't even spell the words 'anatomy' , 'physiology' or 'Biochemistry' opening shops and admitting people, giving injections and doing some minor surgeries and the people don't complain.
Doctors make mistakes all over the world. If not, Stella Obasanjo would still be alive. If not, Joan Rivers of fashion police would still be alive. If not, Michael Jackson would not have died in the care of Dr. Conrad Murray in 2009. This is not a Nigerian doctor thing.
If at all there is anybody to be blamed for most avoidable deaths in the Nigerian health system, it's the government and it's health administrators, not usually practising clinicians.
DON'T SHADE/BLAME NIGERIAN DOCTORS ON THIS STELLA ODUAH's SON's DEATH.
A single event like this shouldn't cast doubt on thousands of responsible hard working Others.
Every day, Nigerian doctors are risking their lives to safe the lives of others. Some even died during the Ebola and lassa fever outbreaks while trying to save Nigeria. No appreciation by the people?

The examples you gave are not helpful. Doctor Conrad was convicted in relation to Jackson's death, Stella Obasanjo's doctor was stripped of his medical license. I am equally aware that Joan Rivers family is currently in court with the hospital/doctors with respect to the death of Joan.

But here in Nigeria, we are being asked to accept it as one of those things........... we have to change this mentality
