A Ghanaian socialite, often described as an actress, Moesha Boudong has caused a stir after she said cheating in a relationship is no disrespect because men will always cheat. Discussing the topic, ''What celebrities look out for in men before marriage'', Moesha told host Akumaa Mama Zimbi: Quote “Whether poor or rich they will cheat… Men are men, they are gonna cheat. You can be Kim Kardashian, you can be Beyonce, they are still gonna cheat, that’s how I see it but I’m never going to leave my man because he cheated. That is never gonna happen. I’m going to leave if he cheats and he’s very violent, doesn’t TAKE CARE OF ME, or he disrespects me. What I hate is disrespect. If you are cheating and disrespecting me, I’m gonna leave but so far as you give me the respect, you can do whatever…” Does that make sense? Many Ghanaians believe her comments are dumb. English-speaking regions of Cameroon have now been without the internet for more than a week following recent protests in the country. This shutdown comes after the government outlawed at least two Anglophone groups - Southern Cameroons National Council and the Cameroon Anglophone Civil Society Consortium took to the streets to protest over the marginalization by the French-speaking led government. Wednesday, January 25, 2017, marks the eighth day since the authorities ordered the country’s telecommunications providers to shut off internet connections to the regions of Northwest and Southwest. However, Cameroonians have also been receiving texts from authorities warning them not to post 'information they can’t prove' on social media. See the text message sent to a Cameroonian below:

Top Guider and first initiator of the popular ponzi scheme, mavrodi mondial moneybox, MMM, Mr. Chuddy Ugorji has reportedly fled the country with his wife, Amaka to the Philippines. Indications suggest that Mr. Chuddy fled because perhaps he knows MMM might not be able to pay its participants again. This is coming days after over 2 million participants of the scheme are still not able to get the money they invested in the scheme even after it claimed to have resumed full time. Sergey Mavrodi of inventor MMM Recall that the ponzi scheme had blocked the access to requesting for financial assistance, Getting Help (GH) during the yuletide seasons. After a month’s blockade of the access, known as Mavros, the ponzi scheme announced it had unfrozen the Mavros for its participants to begin withdrawals. However, up till the filling of this report, many are yet to get their money back, which totals to millions. However, Chuddy’s relocation came barely 24 hours after he released a new set of conditions for the payment of some three million Nigerian investors wherein those with little investments are to be paid first before those who invested heavily. He had given the participant, called Mavrodians, the impression that the Ponzi scheme has started paying the outstanding mavro (money) but it has turned out to be not entirely true. In his first one-on-one television interview since being sworn in as the 45th president of the United States, President Donald Trump told ABC News anchor David Muir that Mexico would be paying for the proposed border wall and that negotiations between the two nations would begin "relatively soon." "Ultimately, it will come out of what's happening with Mexico ... and we will be in a form reimbursed by Mexico, which I've always said," Trump said. During the interview, which took place at the White House this morning, Trump said that Mexico would pay the U.S. back "100 percent." He confirmed that U.S. taxpayer dollars would be used to start the construction but said reimbursement would follow. "All it is, is we'll be reimbursed at a later date from whatever transaction we make from Mexico," he said. "I'm just telling you there will be a payment. It will be in a form, perhaps a complicated form. What I'm doing is good for the United States. It's also going to be good for Mexico. We want to have a very stable, very solid Mexico." When asked about the start of construction, Trump said it would happen in "months." "As soon as we can, as soon as we can physically do it," he said. "I would say in months, yeah. I would say in months -- certainly planning is starting immediately https://www.google.com/amp/abcnews.go.com/amp/Politics/president-trump-tells-abc-news-david-muir-construction/story%3Fid%3D45007943?espv=1 |
