4) Kenya will focus on providing employment - through mass housing programs

6) Support of SMES - already huge funds been dispersed though the phones.

Africa is a poor place and the people need all kinds of economic cushions to survive. Reduce subsidy but don't cut it off totally at once. It will affect prices of everyday goods. It's better not to introduce it at all than introducing it and cutting it off again completely in a bid to satisfy imf. I hope Tinubu is seeing this.
