https://www.judiciary.go.ke/about-us/our-history/That is our judiciary official page. vaxx: it was actually 1993 to 1995 . the rest of your write up dosnt add up. A Ghanaian by birth was holding the fourth highest position of your country without naturalizing to become a Kenya citizen, I don't know how that sounds to you? obviously fred was more qualified than any Kenya citizen of that time . |

He came as high court judge - rose through the ranks - and become CJ. Before that we had British judges name them. Kenya is advanced by African standards because we did not rush to employ any idi.ot - we proffesionalized our civil service. Just30: your country came to beg for them to avoid a Constitutional crisis.

Because your military killed judges and they run - leaving your poor - and under militarty tribunal. That is why Ghana look very undeveloped. Your lost brains like Nigeria to the rest of world. Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers - all left - most to Europe, America and even South Africa. It's called BRAIN DRAIN. And now look at you guys - you remain with dredges - as the cream left forever - even Koffi Anana was buried in Geneva.vankelvin: These guys know nothing.
Not only Kenya, a number of African countries have had a Ghanaian Chief Justice, Supreme court judges, High court judges et al. |

Fred Kwasi Apaloo 1993-1994 He joined the Kenyan Judiciary in the early 1980s as a High Court judge and rose to become a Court of Appeal Judge in the late 1980s. Ghanian judges run to kenya when they were getting killed by Jerry Rawlings . Fred Kwasi was not only one - we had akilano akiwumi - who is quite known in Kenya than even Kwasi - who also rose to become court of appeal judge (highest court in kenya then). vaxx: No Kenya had a vacancy for Chief Justice in 1993 with no obvious candidate to fill it since such position can only be given to well educated individual with brilliant mind. so he was appointed as your Chief Justice in 1993( which was actually fourth citizens of your country by hierarchy) meaning ; after the president, vice president and speaker; he is the next inline. He was noted to be against the death penalty while he was in Kenya anyway. |

In kenya if you lose your job - you go back to rural kenya and eke a living as a farmer. Honestly outside west africa - I have never heard anybody demand more than 2 months of rent deposit. The rent deposit in kenya and elsewhere is strictly for fixing stuff you may break. It's refundable if you leave the house as you found it. Jamestown123: Come sense you don't have it at all at all. I swear bro I pity you oo. Why will you continue to reason like shit full ur brain.I even prefer paying a full year rent than monthly rent, because you are not guaranteed job security. You can get your ass kicked anytime and then you go back living in the street. That's why they are a lot of useless Kenyans living in slums and sleeping in the street. Nigerians in Nairobi live in better condition than Kenyans in Nairobi and that's big big facts. That's why when you see them you get jealous. But why will a sensible person get jealous of who is more better than you. |

No my friend. We have always remained an oasis of peace and progress in sub-sahara africa. When you were kicking Nkurmah after becoming broke in 1962 - and then embarked on 30-40yr old military dictatorship - we were doing fine - welcoming Uganda, Ghanians, Somalis, Sudanse, Nigerians - Those who were qualified got jobs - the rest like you - remained in refugee camps. I know Vax was in Nigeria - where did you end up - Ivory Coast or Togo . Just30: He help your country come out of a Constitutional crisis that was about to unfold as there was no Kenyan qualified enough to be a chief justice.

When we were educating our people, your country was busy being castrated.

Same way VCR crabbe drew up the kenyan constitution because most kenyan didnt have the knowledge on where to start.
When Ghana started drawing Constitutions in the 1800s, not a single kenyan was educated. |

If we are talking human activities or development - population is important. When we are comparing kenya with Ghana - we always factor that they are 30m - and we are 48M. It's not enough that we beat them. We have to beat them by almost twice. Appisko: Shut the Bleep up u always bring in population when u losing any arguments |

We hired them when Jerry Rawlings was curling your upper class...they came looking for jobs and safety. Rawlings launched what he termed a "housekeeping exercise" to rid Ghana of what the AFRC perceived to be the corrupt practices of the military regime.
A number of senior judges and military officers were killed during this period.vaxx: when Ghana was having Kenya as on of its 17 region
Frederick Kwasi Apaloo was a Ghanaian barrister and judge who served as Chief Justice of Ghana from 1977 to 1986 and Chief Justice of Kenya from 1993 to 1995. He remains the only Ghanaian Supreme Court judge to have served in the first three Ghanaian republics.
Apaloo was born at Woe, a village near Keta in the Volta Region of Ghana, then the Gold Coast. He lost his father when he was 7 years old so an uncle who was a Kadjebi merchant cared for him through school. His secondary education was at Accra Academy in Accra which he completed in 1942. He subsequently read law at the University College, Hull. |

I think part of it is lack of common sense. Why would you ask for 2 yr rent for a house. In Kenya there are house for everyone and for every price. Starting from 10 dollars or less in slums - to even 10,000usd per month. And everywhere there is TO LET sign. You pay 1 month rent - and deposit - and you're done. Nigerians when they come to Nairobi - and Somalis - insist on paying 1yr or so rent - and then they proceed to pack themselves like sardines in a house - and in 2yrs they've completed destroyed the house. Why would you stay with relative when you can get house for any price? Jamestown123: Hahaha, funny Kenyans. We are not like Kenyans bro. Who live 10 in one room slums of just 10$ that's means 1$ each. That's pathetic. Although it happens every where around the world. Especially when you just get to a new city and you don't have the money to rent an apartment right away. But it's not slums like Kenyans. Proper block housing. Toilet to shit in bro. Not flying toilet. I stayed with my elder bro in his house in Lagos too, when he first invited me to Lagos. It was a nice apartment with proper funitures. Not slums with zinc covering. |

Out of 200M people - only 17m passengers. OR Tambo of South Africa does 21m. Shaytun: No need for tantrums.
I’ve debunked your claim that Kenyans travel more than Nigerians.
Nigeria > Kenya.

Precisely. But there is a dearth of critical thinking in the zoo. Wuoche: See how you are disgracing yourself . So Kenya which a country of 40M people is doing the same number of air travellers as a country with 230M people? And yet you are here yapping how you travel more than Kenyans. With your population your airports should serve at least 48M passengers in a so that you can be considered with Kenya in the same bracket. |

Yeah 17m versus kenyas 12m. For a country of 200M people. You don't travel by air - by through trekking the Sahara. Kenya has 48m people. Shaytun: Another arse statement bro??
“The total number of passengers who passed through Nigerian airports reached 17,230,438. The total number of international passengers who passed through Nigerian airports reached 4,438,799 in 2018 as against 4,056,717 passengers in 2017. This represents 9.42% growth rate.“

But what you did was compare Kenya international arrival, international departure and domestic figures with just Ghana international Arrival!!!

Every kenyan in every job category earn more than a Nigerian in the same job category,I see your minimum wage moved from 18K Naira to 30K Naira recently. That still below kenya minimum age. Average kenya teacher, nurse, soldier, name it - earn about twice or thrice a nigerian - if NOT MORE. Jamestown123: But you are till finding it difficult to pay slum rent of $5. 3.4M is just international arrivals dumb-arse. The total number of passengers handled increased by 16.8 percent from 10.1 million in 2017 to 11.8 million in 2018. Domestic and international passengers handled increased by 22.5 per cent and 13.1 per cent, respectively, in 2018. International passenger arrivals increased by 13.3 per cent from 3.0 million in 2017 to 3.4 million in 2018 while international passenger departures increased by 16.7 percent from 1.8 million in 2017 to 2.1 million in 2018. Similarly, the number of international passengers in transit increased by 7.7 per cent from 1.3 million in 2017 to 1.4 million in 2018. Shaytun: Kenya 2018 figures is not 12M.
Your international stats is just 3.4 milllion.
1 million more than that of Ghana.
