The problem is not the fake GDP they have. The problem is the debt to revenue. The ability to service that debt. Nigeria has like 75% debt services to revenue. Kenya has not even reached 30%. I am not sure what you're on about. Nairobi CBD has good roads, pavements, walkways and the works. Where Nairobi has to keep up with infrastructure is on places like upper hill & Westland - which were residential areas - turning into CBD - skyscrapers. Nairobi is rapidly expanding - and everywhere is nearly a construction sites - there is a lot of digging going on - laying of pipes, fibers, name it - apart from old CBD where it's full - and as good as any city in Europe. samorobo: |
