it's obvious the soldier is at fault. Those keke and bike riders who ride for soldiers always misbehave believing that nobody can touch them. I have entered a tricycle once and the guy refused to obey and traffic officer, he just speed pass the guy while other vehicles were waiting almost causing an accident.
When I quarried him, he said "forget that thing, na army get the keke", I just kept quiet. If they hold that one now, the army guy will come out and start shouting bribe up and down, next thing he will call for reinforcement.
