PoliticsRe: Kachikwu Vs Amaechi At Town Hall Meeting In Akwa Ibom (Video) by sabofws5: 3:50pm On Jun 14, 2016
This is very serious, 13 billion Naira for land alone @ how much per hectare and up to how many kilometre distance the University is expected to extend and how many trillions of Naira will now be expected to build the University?
PoliticsRe: Okorocha Celebrates General Rogers Nicholas, Promoted By Buhari(photos) by sabofws5: 11:33am On Jun 13, 2016
This Okorocha's reaction to this Genaral's promotion connotes ethnic and tribal politics is he saying the man was the 1st south easterner to be so promoted? any hard working officer who deserve to be upgraded should be so honoured without tribal or ethnic politicking.
PoliticsRe: Brass Liquefied Natural Gas Project Will End Militancy – Bayelsa Elders by sabofws5: 9:20am On Jun 13, 2016
Since 2006 one wonders what the 16 years of former administration have been able to achieve? talk of any major infrastructural development it is near zero; is it road, rail, power, agric, water resources, oil and gas name it, no known achievement have been recorded till date, rather it has been corruption_ corruption_ corruption to the highest level by the focus less and vision less leaders. Trillions of Naira and dollars of the country's resources sunk into the hands of less than .0001% of the country's population.
Christianity EtcRe: Osun CAN Orders Christian Students To Attend Classes In Church Robe by sabofws5: 10:58pm On Jun 10, 2016
I am surprised by CAN's reaction to the issue of Muslim girls wearing hijab or head scarf to school. wearing hijab or head scarf by our female children to school or other public places has nothing to do with religion rather it should be seen as a way of teaching our female children on the proper way of dressing, if one consider the near naked system way of dressing by our ladies and even some grown up women these days the resultant effect is what we are witnessing inform of rape and kidnapping of our female children which continues on daily basis. What I expected from CAN is to emulate the real Catholic system of dressing by their female counterparts, you will never see them without putting on their scarfs both in the churches and public places with their dressings covering their bodies in emulation of their reverend sisters. Unfortunately the present day new generation churches do not care much about the mode of dressing of their female members so far you can attend and donate, what I expected from CAN as a way of copying the Muslim counterparts in the use of scarf or hijab is to ask their female children to use berets as it use to be in those school days all in away of bringing sanity into our children way of dressing to protect their future.
PoliticsRe: “We Want Grazing Reserves In The North Only” - Tambuwal by sabofws5: 7:37pm On Jun 10, 2016
The problem we have in this country is that because of politics we never take time to listen to the advice of visionary leaders due to political differences and by the time they want to come by to it we will see that the head is already off and it becomes too late to cry. It will be recalled that in the early 70s Pa Obafemi Awolowo has proposed that grazing reserves be established in various part of the north to be followed by modern abattoirs such that these cattles will be slaughtered, dressed and using ice cold fast moving trains down south as is been done in the advanced countries of the world; with this system we could have as well been exporters of meat products and not importers as we had it during Muritala era. What happens to Bauchi meat products of the late 70s? This is the time to look back and do the needful.
PoliticsRe: Okorocha To Establish College In Bauchi To Help The Poor by sabofws5: 3:39pm On Jun 09, 2016

PoliticsRe: Wike Gives Rivers Magistrates Cars - Photos by sabofws5: 3:33pm On Jun 09, 2016
for how many million of dollars? with the scarce foreign exchange why not Peugeot series assembled in Nigeria that can be paid in Naira. you can now see how our governors squander our scarce foreign exchange, how about salaries hope you are not owning a dime?
PoliticsRe: "Tompolo Flees To Libya, We Will Get Him Dead Or Alive" - Militants by sabofws5: 11:59am On Jun 07, 2016

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Opens Up: I’m Being Investigated For Corruption By Buhari by sabofws5: 11:19am On Jun 07, 2016
Jonatanii you said stealing is not corruption and that was why you turned the CBN into an ATM machine.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Treated To Executive Lunch In London by sabofws5: 10:04am On Jun 07, 2016
I beg there is something fishy about these luncheon with these white people I have no doubt in my mind that these are the people helping to monitor and protect his looted fund in the UK or why are they all whites and non Otuoke indigene among them, this goes to show that UK too is fantastically corrupt.
PoliticsRe: Restructuring Not Our Priority For Now- APC by sabofws5: 12:02pm On Jun 06, 2016
When the head is off it will be too late to cry. We shall recall, when the former military administrator in River state Dietee Spiff became a traditional chief in one of the local areas in Bayelsa state his first statement then was that "the solution to Nigerian problem is in Chief Obafemi Awolowo's book_ Thought to Nigerian constitution 1945." where Awolowo advocated for the creation of three (3) more regions in addition to the then 3 regions of the North,West and Eastern regions. It will be recalled that in that book Awolowo advocated for the creation of the Middle belt from the North, Midwest from the West and Calabar Ogoja oil river state ( COR) from the East. but because of selfish tribal political reasons only the mid western region was created. May God bless the life of Joseph Tarka Wenike Briggs and Lulu Briggs these three were politically persecuted for supporting Awolowo on the creation of their respective regions of the middle belt and COR states. On the 2014 National conference, it was meant to be dead on arrival as the time was too close to the coming 2015 election for if we were to be back to Awolowo's six geopolitical zones the issue of boundary adjustments and ethnic realignment all over will be another thorn in the flesh not to talk of wish governor is to leave sit for the other. among the thirty six of them. The only solution is to allow this government to settle down and resolve the issue of the dwindling economy, insurgency and militancy that is ravaging the country then a year to the next election this Awolowo solution can now be revisited anything contrary will be canter productive.

why is GEJ runing from pillar to pole, the other day he was in US now again in UK, I believe he must have been going about to prevent his starched away billions of dollars and pound sterlings from being revealed to the anti corruption agencies, well time will tell it is just a matter of time.
PoliticsRe: FG PANICS As Nigeria Loses 14 Billion Naira Daily!! by sabofws5: 6:52pm On Jun 04, 2016
the so called avengers will be the greatest losers when the time comes as their bastardised environment will eventually pay dearly for it.
PoliticsRe: Christian Elders Accuse Buhari Of Islamizing Nigeria Through Backdoor by sabofws5: 7:28am On Jun 04, 2016
These so called christian elders are the one dividing the country along religious line for their own selfish end because they want to continue riding on the best cars and flying in expensive private jets, gone were the days when Muslim elder chairs christian occasions and vice versa I am a Muslim and my wife is a Christian and we have never had any issue along religious line so these people should go and have something else to do and stop destroying the country along religious line.

PoliticsRe: Throwback Photo Of Buhari In Ogoniland In 1984 by sabofws5: 6:34pm On Jun 02, 2016
Even back in '84 Buhari had the mind of empowering the Ogoni people, had the fishing system as planned at that time been developed till date may be we would have been not only having enough fish for local consumption but as well have excess to export. you can imagine Nigeria a country with abundant waters, ocean, lagoon, lakes and rivers of different shapes and length still importing almost 90% of fish food.
PoliticsRe: The Niger Delta Avengers: Nigeria's Newest Militants - BBC by sabofws5: 5:32pm On Jun 02, 2016
Let them continue to destroy their environments, they say ogoni alone will take well about the next 30 years to mop up, what they've just embarked upon now may just take about 50 years to clean up let them continue.
PoliticsRe: NUT Protests In Oyo Against Privatization Of Schools – Pictures by sabofws5: 4:11pm On Jun 02, 2016
Since the days after Bola Ige in 1983 which brought about of gov.( "Omo wa ni eje ko see") Dr. Olunloyo and subsequent other governors in Oyo state till date, no one of them has deemed it fit to complete those uncompleted school projects started by him Bola Ige not to talk of putting up any new one till date. All public schools have been abandoned to the very poor . From the very junior local government worker to the highest paid state government officials have never even thought there is anything called public school as all of them sends their wards to private schools and this is the consequence of un ending corruption at all levels in the state, gone are the days of Chief Bola Ige when education was not only free from primary to secondary levels but books are distributed free on all subjects. Any attempt to privatise public schools in the state is going to bring some children from poor homes back to pre_1955 Western region
PoliticsRe: President Buhari's Cancelled Trip To Ogoni; Nigerians React by sabofws5: 12:44pm On Jun 02, 2016
I don't expect anything to the contrary; his action was not only to save his life but also to save the country from conflagration and total disintegration as being expected by the prophets of dooms. Recall what happened in Libya and Egypt after the assassination of their Presidents the two countries have known no peace till today.
PoliticsRe: President Buhari Cancels Trip To Ogoniland Over "Assassination Threats" by sabofws5: 10:46am On Jun 02, 2016
I don't blame Buhari for cancelling the trip to save his life and save the country from another civil war and subsequent conflagration and disintegration of the country; we should remember what happened in Libya and Egypt through the assassination of their Presidents. Those countries has never known no peace till today.

PoliticsRe: 50 Nigerian Soldiers Drowned In Bayelsa Creeks, Not 3 — N’delta Avengers by sabofws5: 5:27pm On Jun 01, 2016
Who is fooling who? these so called NDA knows how much damage they have caused to the Niger delta people and their environments he who feels it knows it. more so because the visionary and well focused governor Obiano was trying to analyse what actually transpired between the I PO B and the security agencies, the so called NDA was trying to canter him by coining what did not actually happened in Niger Delta and tribune on line I hope not Nigerian tribune went haywire to publish it. Well, to a medicine man a deceased village is a good a good village and to a media man bad news is a good breaking news.
PoliticsRe: Official Statement Of The Anambra State Gov Over Biafra Demonstration In Onitsha by sabofws5: 11:50am On Jun 01, 2016
You can now see a visionary and well focused leader I can now see that Obiano and Akiwunmi Ambode are the only two governors in the country that has positive and well focused programs for their people and will go to any length to disown the propaganda machineries of these video and print media houses for their selfish profit making sense. Even international video and print media houses are not left out . Remember, to a medicine man, a deceased village is a good village and to a media man bad news is good news.
Obiano and Ambode please continue your good works and disregard those propagandists.
PoliticsRe: FG Deploys 5 Warships, 100 Gunboats, Fighter Jets To Delta Creeks by sabofws5: 7:38pm On May 31, 2016
Yoruba adage says: emi ko wipe kogun maja ko sa ma ti je ninu ara ile mi. Meaning, who ever wants to go to war let him go but provided it does not happen in my immediate backyard. see how the so called bi afraud. and avengers are destroying their environments and causing untold hardships to their people why because Buari is in power. In the first and second republic were they not the ones in power sharing with this same Hausa_Fulani? and in the last 16 years they've held the vice Presidency position, senate presidency several times, secretary to the government of the federation as well as the country's Presidency for continuous six years until about this time last year. All these long period of time there leaders could not do the needful then what else do the want. My candid advice to their elders is to stop them _the youth from destroying their environments as there be no where for them to run to after. They should take cue from the middle destruction crisis.
PoliticsRe: Biafra Day In Ebonyi: Pastors Arrested As Well As 320 MASSOB Members by sabofws5: 12:20am On May 31, 2016

PoliticsRe: Biafra Day In Ebonyi: Pastors Arrested As Well As 320 MASSOB Members by sabofws5: 10:46pm On May 30, 2016
lack of business activities in the entire south estern region is militating against these unending Biafra protests I advice them to come to the West where IBO business activities are booming without any form of harassment or disturbance.
