She had the temerity and honesty to tell you unequivocally that she has got no feelings for u. I think u should be somehow grateful for that. Because had she wanted, she would have kept u as a meal ticket.

Inasmuch as their is IM in our schools, I wager that 70% of admissions offered are on merit.
Your case might be one of the exceptions.
And who says they can't be sued?
Of course they can; once you are sure that you have incontrovertible evidence.
But one of the problems should be the undue lingering nature of litigation in this country, which means that you have to get yourself admission elsewhere while the case lasts. (It might last up to 5 - 16 years)
So I think if you have the wherewithal, you can go ahead.
You might try and see if there is any NGO that will help plead your case.
You can also try taking an influential person with you to the school, if you are cocksure that you passed convincingly.
In seeking admission, the God Factor shouldn't be left at all, as He is the one who crowns our efforts with success.
