@Bolded.

In reverse, are long-term companionships meant for only men to offer?

if YES, should we now concur to the cliche that "Women offers nothing but sex in a relationship".

If NO, what then do men give in exchange for women's long-term companionship.

I need to understand you point well.
By and large, yes, because that is typically core to the need of most women but not for most men.

Your first "if" is not a logical consequence of the yes. It does not offer a logical flow and induction.

Most men (not all) that need long term commitment from women are usually the insecure type, ..........and there are many of them.

Another bunch of men that need long term commitment from women are the ones that think it helps them adapt to social/religious norms.

A small bunch of men that need long term commitment from women are the ones that have found one they see as perfect or close to it.

In short, if you are a man seeking long-term commitment from a woman who you don't see as perfect or close to it, you are just an insecure, sad motherfucker and/or sheep.

1) Medically it is not right as it may have impact on the health of the person, on the long run. I know you will talk about protection, but some of the victims of sexually transmitted diseases have also claimed to have used protection before their ordeal
Huh?

Medically?

What impact? Please highlight what scientific research you are referring to.

2)it is about ethics.
Amsorry!

Whose ethics?

greiboy:
I believe our brain works in a uniform way, so certain traits can give insight into other possible characters of the same person. I won't consider such a person as having any moral conduct or standards.

I also believe the person is cheap based on society generally accepted ethics and moral standards when it comes to sex.

NB: look at the definition of cheap, slut and promiscuous to clarify these point
Erm .................."your" opinion?

greiboy:
3)I believe such people indulging in sexual practice with random people may also may put the lifes of others in danger on the long run besides STDs , retribution from a jealous lover, confrontation with possible Physical assault etc ....
Maybe.

But even humans having sex at all "may also put the lifes of others in danger on the long run besides STDs , retribution from a jealous lover, confrontation with possible Physical assault etc ....".

So what does that tell you?

Exactly!!!
.

Sex is seen as a bargaining chip amongst women, even though sex is supposed to be enjoyed by both genders.

Sex is not mutual to most ladies, it is an offer they need to use to gain unfair advantages.

Women in our African societies create an artificial scarcity and only present it to the most financially capable.

On most occasions, this financially capable guys can have more than five options, while the less privilege may not be opportune to get one

And in most cases, only what those ladies have to offer
Sex can only be used as a bargaining chip for unfair advantage for guys who decide to put one woman on a pedestal and make her believe you do not have alternative avenues.

May Olodumare never make me that kind of guy.

Wife/Girlfriend/Fuckbody/Interest, if you don't gi'me sex, I would always strive to get it from other avenues, which I would been consistently developing anyway, just in case.

Always strive to engage from a position of strength and comfort from any group/individual who you know is selfish & unpredictable, and has power of benefaction over you.

A person with numerous choices does not beg for a choice.

Cool, you are in general saying that women offer sex to men, ofwhich we should disregard the motion that sex is a both gender tabling....sex should now be said to be a woman's thing if i'm to agree with you.

In general, uncomprehensive and basic summarisation: "Women offer sex in exchange for men offering long-term companionship".

A good woman does not only offer sex but also offers companionship, great food, some even offer money etc. In marriage they also bear children and nurse them until they grow.
Many Nigerian ladies can't even offer great sex. They would lay like log of wood as the man sweats it out. They hardly even initiate sex or go on the offensive during sex and that makes them boring in bed. But we'll continue to wife the few good ones among them who can offer other things than their boring sex.

Now you are mixing two important issues together

1) It is not a crime for women to offer sex or ask for sex from their partners in romantic relationships because we all have sexual orgies that must be satisfied and who is in a better place to satisfy it than your partner.

It is way better than cheating

2) It is wrong when women or men offer sex to every random stranger or guy/ladies they meet.

It is bad and can become a habit which may eventually wreck any present or future relationship

It doesn't make them a LovePeddler/prostitutes, but it makes them promiscuous or even sluts.

That single act of offering sex to random people is what gave rise to the use of the word "bitcch" among humans to qualify a woman that bleeps any random guy.
Why is it wrong?

Sex should be a mutual and equal possessive emotional feeling that can only take place with the help of both genders(M/Female). But as a result of our African societal believe and mindset comes this rude motion against women that goes like this.... MOST WOMEN OFFERS NOTHING BUT SEX , yes, I may have used it, but loudly and logically thinking, I simply do not think a woman can only offer sex without the contribution of men, I don't think a particular gender offers sex, I maybe wrong thou.

Now my questions are.

-Is it proper to say "Women" offers sex when it's a two gender thing?

-Can we say "MEN" offer sex aswell?, if YES, why then do they foot the bills of some women to get sex they offer?

-Do women offer sex?

-Do men offer sex?, if YES, can a broke man who offers only sex in a relationship be tagged "Cheap and useless"?

-Who offers sex?

Any form of opinions are highly welcomed.
Yes, women offer sex and men don't, in general.

Women are evolutionarily built to be more attractive than men. They are equipped with more features of attractiveness and with subtleness of features. Men are equipped with features to poke (bam bam shagawabam) and to demonstrate strength.

Women are a more beautiful and attractive creature, hence the offerings of something worth taking. Simple! That is why I can never have an iota of understanding of the brain of homosexual men.

As women are generally more attractive, it is far more easier for them to get sex, so they don't usually need any offers.

They offer it to men, who on average, find it harder to get sex using their features.

Men have to demonstrate to women why they be the one to have sex with her. That is done by demonstrating position, assets, potential performance, emotional connection and/or long-term benefits.

When a man wants to bone the living day light out of a woman, it is facilitated by his attraction to her physical features.

Up to this day in my life, I am yet to meet a woman I want to bone because:

- "Oh, she is so intelligent"
- "Oh, she has a great job"
- "Oh, she is rich"
- "Oh, she cooks like Iya Morufu"
- "Oh, she is such a good singer"
- "Oh, her handwriting looks very nice"

NOOOOOO!

I look at her fcking body and then think I would love to fck the shenanigans out of that fcking body.

To keep it long-term is when the secondary kicks in: her personality. So they don't only offer sex if it is a long-term thing. Even on the short term/one-night stand, a good personality is an unbeatable offering that raises her profile.

On the other hand, the features of a man that normally triggers women wanting sex from a man is (a) what is in it for her on the long term [a keeper] or (b) she just wants to be naughty [usually no strings].

At the end of the day, in both situations a & b, the men usually have to prove to her that she would get what she wants before she offers the sex.
CrimeRe: Cameroonian Woman Strangles Neighbour's Children After Kidnapping Them (Graphic) by Sagamite(m):
CastedDude:
Tragedy struck yesterday as a woman was caught after gruesomely killing her neighbor's children. According to reports, the woman who was aided by some men, kidnapped her neighbor's four children. She allegedly lured them into an inn called "Auberge Ordinaire", where the children were strangled in a border village in Southern region of Cameroon called Kye-Ossi.

The children's corpses were deposited in a car as their killers waited for the customers that demanded them. These customers are said to be from Gabon.

When the mother of these children, who went to take a nap after they came back from school, started looking for her children, this woman that kidnapped them was involved in searching for them.

When their corpses were discovered in the car, one of them was still breathing. But the other three had died. As the residents heard of the evil and on seeing the corpses, they went on rampage and burned down the hotel.

They beat hell out of the woman before the the arrival of the police, who prevented them from killing her and her own three children. Under serious torture, the woman begged not to be killed, that she will name all the people involved in the business.

A lot of arrests was made yesterday, including the woman' husband.

People always say women are indecisive, but here you are. You've been stringing her along for all this time when it seems clear you were never really planning on marrying this girl. Marriage is a sensitive issue, especially where women are concerned (due to age and social pressure). You should have been clean and clear about your position instead of letting yourself be cajoled into buying drinks and collecting the list. By the way, who does that without first introducing the girl to his parents? I don't support marriage between two people when they aren't both in accord, so you'll have to find a way to disengage yourself some how; but, with your indecision, you've already bought yourself the matter of a woman scorned, so you might as well just tell her plainly that you are no longer interested.
You are such a typical woman.

Everything is "Me, me, me, me, me, me, me".

"I am the victim/We are the victims".

When you read the post, did you consume it from an objective angle?

He was stringing her along?

But I bet you think all she has are rights, no responsibilities? ..............Typical.

RomanceRe: Male Chivalry And Feminism: Are They Mutually Exclusive? by Sagamite(m):
GiantParrot:
Thanks for the mention. I totally agree with your post. The world will be a much better place if we saw more of such logical soundness.

Modern feminism, and all its neo-marxist siblings that depend on the sanctimonious subjugation of reality to ideology is something to be ashamed of, not identified with. Any selfish anti-nature/anti-science movement that depends on political correctness to subsist will either be exposed for its fraud in the long term, or bring about societal ruin.

Equality of outcome is nothing more than a feel good myth. All men are not equal in natural ability and intelligence, therefore all men will never achieve equal outcomes even when presented with equal opportunities. We see that in society all the time. Two brothers who grew up in the same home with similar opportunities achieve entirely different outcomes. Yet some arrogant social engineers have this deluded expectation that men and women as a group should achieve equal outcomes, and begin to promote reverse discriminatory policies to force their desired make-believe equality.

Feminism has obviously not benefitted women nearly as much as they thought it would. Instead, modern times correlate with declining female happiness in the developed world. The widespread use of anti-depressants among young women in the developed world lends credence to this conclusion. https://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/1098023. Chivalry on the other hand, promotes the treatment of women with kindness and decency. It is incompatibe with modern feminism.

I fear that if the spread of nonsense like modern feminism continues unabated, women would have it worse in the coming generations than they do today.
The relatively free and fair western societies whose foundations were built around the writings of Europe's classical liberal enlightenment thinkers of the 17th and 18th centuries are being threatened by authoritarian neo-marxist movements who use political correctness/speech policing to stifle reason and honest discussions. One relatively recent example of loss of civil liberties can be seen in the Iranian revolution of 1979. The Ayatollah's authoritarian government that gained prominence at the end of the revolution seriously limited civil liberties, which disproportionately affected women's freedoms. This should be a lesson that freedoms can be realistically taken away. Lovers of liberty must ever be wary of authoritarian movements.

Hey nairalanders, pls i would like to know how CEOs pay themselves be it a big or small businesses or companies, do they place themselves on salary or they just take money from the company's account when ever they want?
pls i need you views, answers and thoughts.

Mods pls help move it to the front page
Depends on what size you refer to as "big".

If it is stockmarket big or close to it, then the first responder has probably answered you. Normally the CEOs at this stage are not the founders/owners.

If it is a small business/start-up, you pay yourself the barest minimum to be tax efficient.

For example, in the UK, you don't pay any tax on the first £11,500 of any salary. It is called "personal allowance". So a CEO of a small company should pay himself £958 per month in salary so as to pay 0% tax on their salary (i.e. income tax).

Any amount above the £11,500 (up to a certain amount) paid as salary is taxed at the rate of 20%. While dividends is taxed at 7.5% up to the next £43,000.

So any more money you want to get out of the business is best paid to the owner/CEO as DIVIDENDS, rather than SALARY. That is being tax efficient. You pay less tax.

In Nigeria, the equivalent of the UK "Personal Allowance" is the "Consolidated Relief Allowance", which means you pay 0% tax on (a) the first N200,000 plus 20% of your total gross annual income OR (b) 1% of gross income plus 20% of your total gross annual income (whichever is higher).

So if you pay yourself N10m pa in salary, it is (b). N2.1m of the N10m is tax free.

If you pay yourself N1m pa in salary, it is (a). N400K of the N1m is tax free.

Dividends tax in Nigeria is a flat rate of 10%, so a owner/CEO that wants to pay himself N10m pa and still be tax efficient is better off paying himself about N500K in annual salary and then N9.5m in dividends.

You can't just take money from the company's account whenever you wish in a sane country except the company is registered as a partnership. If it is a LTD, the company is separate from the owner/CEO, the tax man would clamp down on you except you can record it as a "loan to the director" that would be paid back within a reasonable time frame.

On the surface, it sounds like a wack decision. But if you look closely, you'll see it's sound and will be effective.

Mass shooters tend to choose soft targets.

What's a softer than a school full of kids, and designated as a "gun-free zone"?

Why don't they go shoot up police stations?

The mere thought that you could meet resistance will discourage all but the most determined of school shooters.
What moronic junk!

Teachers being the line of defence against mass shootings?

What utter idiotic junk!

First of all, there is already a report of a qualified police officer at the school who sought safety for himself first instead of engaging in a gunfight. Is it teachers you think would then put their lives at risk when a bust of automatics is ringing out from 1 or 2 individuals? How many people would have been killed before they come out?

Secondly, lets even state that these teachers are some fcking Rambos who take delight in taking part in Die Hard 8, how effective do you think they would be?

According to statistical data, even police officers who fire their firearm during duty at a non-firing target have less than 35% hit rate.

Talkless of those that are firing their firearm on duty in a gunfight who have about 18% hit rate.

www.nytimes.com/2007/12/09/weekinreview/09baker.html

https://www.myajc.com/blog/get-schooled/gunfights-trained-officers-have-percent-hit-rate-yet-want-arm-teachers/mDBlhDtV6Na4wJVpeu58cM/

So how do you expect teachers to be more effective in shooting than those that probably use it every month and are more used to being shot at?

BuddhaPalm:
Gun control also disarms lawful citizens AND makes it possible for only criminal to own guns.
Get it in your head that gun control in the US does not even necessarily mean "don't have any guns". The first frontier is "don't have a gun designed for mass shooting/warfare".

BuddhaPalm:
If most homes in Nigeria had guns, do you think these 2-bit miscreants that invade homes will be as rampant?
Don't compare an advanced nation to a 8th world nation. That is moronic.

Compare it with Europe.

BuddhaPalm:
Chicago has some of the strictest gun control laws in the US, yet they are the murder capital of the US.

This year alone, 321 people have been shot, with 62 dead and 259 wounded.

Mind you we are just in the second month of the year!
What an idiotic statement.

Chicago has border security in a country where guns are easily gotten?

BuddhaPalm:
Also, you need to look at the significance of guns in US history and culture.

They earned their independence with guns.
And so?

That is an excuse for this stupidity?

BuddhaPalm:
Their framers, having just fought off a tyrannical government, knew all too well the importance of an armed citizenry.

Power corrupts absolutely - as the saying goes, and the founding fathers of the US were very distrustful of big government's potential to encroach on people's freedoms.

The role of guns, in the US, becomes very clear when you look at the first two items in the Bill or Rights:

First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Second Amendment: "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Here are a few quotes from some of their founding fathers:

1.) "The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear ar as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." --- Thomas Jefferson

2.) "Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence." --- George Washington
What a purely idiotic statement.

Please tell us when in the last 100 years the US have ever come close to ever needing for the citizens to raise a gun against their government.

If there is ever a case of such a government, you think gun owners would be able to stop that government?

If they gave you a gun in Nigeria and you know your neighbours and many others have a gun too, you would have stepped up to fight the likes of Abacha?

What moronic nonsense are you chatting?

People kill people, if you don't pull the trigger, no one's gon' die undecided and my little knowledge of economics tells me that the underground economy a.k.a Black market thrives at the expense of the main/legal economy. It's like a weight scale, as one goes down, the other goes up and vice versa.
The situation is a really unfortunate one because the losers at the end of everything are actually the "good" people who don't deal in illegal business. So protecting themselves becomes a lot harder unlike the "bad" people (especially gangbangers) who will easily go underground to get what they want and keep terrorizing others. Very sad.
You mean the way the undrground economy/black market is flourishing in Europe?

There are mass shootings in malls and schools every six months in UK?

In Sweden?

In Germany?

In Spain?

In Italy?

In Holland?

Good people are being slaughter with bullets in those countries?

What crap are you chatting?

Just 17 died and thousands mass protest not just in Florida but all over America...

Here 76 died in Benue, 54 children kidnapped by bokoharam, 95 chibok girls still missing, thousands of un-acknowledged deaths but to protest and speak against it as a country is unacceptable as:

Igbos would tell you its benue peoples problem,
Benue would tell you its a yoruba issues, we told them.
Yoruba's would say the Hausa's should keep killing themselves, Hausa's would say, the igbos are the killers.

At the end of the day, the Government which is to be held reaponsible just sweeps it under.
Well said!

Shithole people, with a shithole brain, deserve a shithole nation.

People don't know what they have until they lose it Nigeria ...with Gun control has a higher murder rate than America, stupid children
You are a slowpoke!

Stop chatting crap from your arse!

Where did you get your "facts" from?

Here are stats for you:

http://www.nationmaster.com/country-info/compare/Nigeria/United-States/Crime/Violent-crime

And not to even factor in that the US has a better trained, equipped and paid police force than Nigeria. Yet, the crime there with guns and the murder rate per capita is worse in the US.

Product of a failed education system and their "facts". Those children are 500 times more intelligent than you.
