I don't know what most of you are talking about. The post became moronic from here.

paris10: As in the norms in Nigeria, women who get divorced or are been thrown out of their matrimonial homes by their husbands tend to lose out alot.

Even in domestic violence cases, women who couldnt take the violence any longer divorce the husband without sharing in the property.

Though Nigeria is not UK, US or other western countries where women share in the estate or property of the husband after divorce, Nigerian men should atleast take responsibility in making sure the woman they divorce would be well-off after letting her go.

Laws should also be put in place to reward any woman whose husband left her for someone else. Even in cases where the woman is found to be promiscuous and the husband want out, adequate measure should be put in place to make sure she share from the spoils.

Married women deserve better and should be treated better.

Reading more of this woman's moronic rants, I think she is just vomiting moronic opinions to get a reaction.

Surely no one can be that reetarded.

davidylan: why is it the man's responsibility to make sure the woman is well-off after divorce? Doesnt she know how to work?
Well said.

That is just another moronic attitude of entitlement.
FamilyRe: Divorce And The Suffering Of The Nigerian Women! by Sagamite(m): 10:34pm On Jan 06, 2014
paris10: Promiscuity shouldnt form basis of your argument. You should consider other possibilities and senseless reasons why men divorce women.

The macho man and the " I am the owner of this house" syndrome is the only reason why Nigerian men behave this callously. If Nigerian men start parting with half of their property maybe they will think twice before filing for a divorce.
There is nothing like senseless reasons when you don't want to be with someone. If you are not interested in them anymore, you should be free to walk away.

Or you think na by force?

Even though I agree with the philosophy that Nigerian women should not be left destitute because of divorce, the bolded part is reetarded.

Why should people be rewarded because someone is not interested in them anymore? But you think the woman should be rewarded if she cheats? What a moronic statement. If you feel those should be rewarded, you go and reward them.

People should get from relationships after divorce what they put in and their opportunity cost and not one penny more except the other party willfully offers.

kandiikane: Well, this is just idiotic. Where did I claim to have had some lady-like self development? I am not claiming to 'have had' but stating what has always been there. What hard work is that? Pushing women away and re-enforcing the stereotypes about African men? Abeg, go shove your so called lessons on classiness back in your ass. You won't know what it is even if it smacks you right in the face. Go teach your sisters.*rolleyes*
Come on, please!

You had what?

You have always been crass, ghetto and hoodrattee. My posts is shaping you and developing you, admit the damn thing.

Is it not the same you that would jump to insulting people's parents we are talking about? The kind of hoodrats I avoid like a plague?

Do the following:

1) Shut the fck up!

2) Jot that piece of wisdom down in your notebook as part of your life education.

3) Engage your brain next time and think laterally.

You don't have any advanced think, so stop deceiving yourself you do.
RomanceRe: Dependent Attitude Of Nigerian Girls In Relationships: Poverty Or Greed? by Sagamite(m): 5:34pm On Jan 05, 2014
sexylogan: I have had discussions with several of my female acquaintances and work colleagues over the issue of the "Responsibilities" of a boyfriend in a relationship and to my dismay, almost all had the same beliefs. Most of them believed that their boyfriends wer the ones saddled with the responsibilities of

-paying for their new hair-do

-buying them new fones

-sending them airtime regularly

-giving them monetry allowances

-buying them clothes and shoes....etc

The list is endless.

Most even argued that if he (their bf) wants them to look good, he must be ready to spend.

In my mind i was like "WTF!" isnt that their father's responsibilty?

The only exceptions i came across were some of the ladies who were raised abroad and a few who were born in upper class families.

Those ones have a very different mentality. They believed that it was after getting a gud education and subsequently a gud job wud they be able to take care of themselves and buy watever they need.

The scenario got me thinking...

Is Poverty to blame for the general attitude of our naija babes or are they just Greedy?

RomanceRe: Women Are Not Always The Problem In Relationships by Sagamite(m): 5:28pm On Jan 05, 2014
Mondisweets: A lot of guys tend to say women don't know what they want, but have you actually sit down to talk to your woman to know what she wants? Just because your grandfather told you that your grandmother liked A,B,C doesn't mean every other woman Goes with the same list. The biggest problem with guys (especially the NL ones) is that they don't take time to know what a woman wants and how she wants it. For instance, guys complain that most girls aren't adventurous, remember we all have different personalities and react to things differently (just because you like watching cage fighting it doesn't mean your woman has to like it too) take time to know what your woman likes. Don't be the boring guys who expects his woman to love playing FIFA while you don't even attempt to do anything she enjoys the most with her.
I can guarantee all the guys reading this that most girls either:

1) Do not know what they want in the first place.

or

2) Are so selfish and self-centred about what she wants, she would never be truthful to you. She would rather see if she can manipulate you.

So, most times, this is all a waste of time.

Don't listen to this advice. I have told you people several times, never listen to advice about how to relate to women from women, you will most times not get good advice.

Understand women at their different stages in life and respond respectively to their disposition at that stage.

Seun: If you think your eyebrows are not nice, trimming them constantly until you have completely scraped them off will not make them nicer. Not for Susan and not for anyone else. Those who leave their eyebrows alone will have a better look on the long run. A natural, healthy look.
If that is her recent pix, and I think she is roughly in her 50s, she is very good looking for her age. Eyebrows or no eyebrows.

I would even argue she looks better looking for her age now, than she did when she was younger.

PropertiesRe: Abuja - A City Of Empty Houses by Sagamite(m):
lynpetra: It's really pathetic to listen to the tales of homeless people in Abuja. Some complain bitterly of how scarce it is to get affordable homes here in the heart of the North.Such Irony! As my aunt drove me around this evening,I can't help to notice so many empty duplexes, bungalows, self contains,Block of flats around."Auntie all this houses na who them dey build am for?"I asked.Beautiful empty houses, several still under construction.Greed na bastard! An employed average Nigerian can never afford the price of only a Dog post in these houses!!Infact, who are those building this houses? Why build a house to leave it empty for years because no customer can pay the prize?Isn't it selfish, foolish and inhumanly wicked? Why not make it affordable as it is available? The only reason business isn't booming in Abuja is partly because plenty houses are empty,as a lot of youths live in places like Iyanya,Maraba,Kubwa, and the outskirts of Abuja.

I know our Govt system is made for the rich,we don't mean anything to them.Living in well built houses doesn't fit the average Nigerian. As they loot our money, every seconds of everyday, every minute of every hour, every day of every year, stealing big, dumping it here and there, hiding them by building so many Estates,Shopping Malls,Markets,Blocks of Flats,ALL FOR NOTHING!!!EMPTY AS THE YEARS GOES....They continue to hide this stolen money on properties and lands, some of which are taken by force from indigenes.....

Mmmh...God is watching.Still waiting for that revolution, surely it will come.It can only take time.

*continues to sip Zobo*
The main problems:

1) When you loot your money instead of working hard for it, you can afford to leave an investment empty without using it or letting it make money for you. It is even easier considering you can still steal more money.

2) When you are in Nigeria and loot your money instead of working hard for it, you obviously are highly likely not to have a business brain to think entrepreneurial-ly or commercially. The average Nigerian rich man is a person that only knows how to loot, copy other people's ideas that work or just engage in basic buy and sell businesses. He or she would not have a clue about how to understand market needs and provide innovative goods/services that meets the needs.

They spoil the economy by wasting the way resources can be used efficiently.

- Waste of Land.
- Waste of Labour.
- Waste of Capital.
- Disadvantaging those with the essential Entrepreneurial skills.

The four core resources that needs to be effectively utilised to build a strong economy.

Stop talking out of your azz, why would I pride myself in parent-insulting? You must be high on your shyt again. Nansense.

Says, the man who insults people at every turn. So, you are telling me you're a perfect example of a respectful and polite gentleman? Abeg, joor. You as a pot can't be calling a kettle black. You are a typical example of the black man I stay away from.

I have told you several times, I am not one of your peckham and brixton mates.
No strawman. We talking about you. Your previous miasmic personality and your claim to have had some lady-like self-development.

Considering my hard work here and the similarity between it and your new claims, surely I must get a thank you for pushing you towards classiness and lady-likeness?
