For Bills, one will assume you have no generator, so you will just be paying Nepa bills and maybe thrash-collection bills, also you will be buying gas for cooking. You are not staying in any expensive estate, so no service charges. Lets assume the only health challenges you have is the rare case of headache and malaria once in a while.

Lets say, this should set you back about N5K per month.

For Connectivity, a mobile and internet access is essential to most lives nowadays. Maybe you have to have at least 3K for calls and another N2K for MB.

For Transportation, I don't have a jack arsse clue how much danfo bus rides cost in Lagos nowadays. Let me just assume a short journey is N50. Nothing like going to London or Dubai for holiday for someone at a decent life o.
