I stand to be corrected here, but Nigeria has won this competition the most number of times. And yet, every single time you don't win, you cry foul. How does that work exactly?

The only housemate who is sad Tayo didn't win is Lilian... everyone else is elated. This should tell you something

If am not mistaken, you're a Samantha fan.

How on earth do you pick up from my post that I am a Samantha fan (just curious)? I have even forgotten there was ever a house-make called Samantha in the house.

I have been TeamSheilla throughout :-)
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa 'hotshots' Official Thread by SAGirl: 4:44pm On Dec 07, 2014
This is how I made from 'predictions' from last week's results (something I posted somewhere else on Sunday):

I also believed Idris will win, until I checked how Africa voted this week. Idris has 3 country votes, he will be gaining Uganda but loosing Namibia to Macky2, which means he'll still only have 3 country votes.
Tayo got 4 votes, he will loose Ghana and also remain with the 3 country votes. It will come down to number of votes, which of cause Nigeria will have the upper hand with.

So the nightmare next week Sunday will be seeing Tayo win, I don't think I'm even gonna watch. It will be way too painful (and disgusting).

There's still the Mozambique vote that is unaccounted for, i have no idea who this vote will go to. Tayo, for the friendship? But then they would've voted for Louis too. Let me check who they have voted for in the past...

Hi all... I haven't been in this forum at all this season. It was too boring to even be interested in chatting about it.

I am unfortunately working tonight, so will miss the finale, but just want to through my predictions in there (this is based on last week's voting results).

1. Tayo (I cannot stand this guy oh)
2. Idris (I am still praying that he wins, I love him)
3. Macky2
4. Nhlanhla (he will have his SA and Botswana)
5. MamBea (bcs I believe there are more people in Ghana than in Sipe's country, wherever that is)
6. JJ (bcs these Zimbabweans vote... i still can't figure out for the life of me where they get all this money)
7. Sipe (death)
8. Butterfly (she came out of her shell too late in the game. A shame bcs I've really enjoyed watching her this week)

Notice that I have absolutely nothing to say about Macky2.. and I did try to come up with something.

So........ may the best man (as in Idris) win :-)

Gialmine: Its been announced, President Obama is going to d funeral of Mandela with 3 former U.S Presidents and 16 congressional members. In d face of ASUU strike, and all d enormous Economic problems of Nigeria, our President is traveling to the funeral with 68 Eminent Nigerians!. Mind U, these Eminent Nigerians will be accompanied by their Special assistants, and all @ tax payers expense!.
Nigeria we Hail Thee!!. Meanwhile the government of S.A have announced the coming of Obama, that of our President Jonah hasn't been announced. undecided

LOL... Askies!!!
Politics / Re: Nelson Mandela Memorial Service In Abuja (Pictures) by SAGirl: 2:01pm On Dec 09, 2013
tempestjr: Just wondering why there's a memorial service held for Mandela in Nigeria. He was not a Nigerian and this should have been done by the SA embassy. I believe we have misplaced priorities in this country. And it's not like our leaders have learnt anything from the man's life.

We have heard that he stole any of his nation's wealth, nor has houses all over the world etc.

Have we really learnt anything from the life he lived

We feel teh exact same way about the current leadership in SA... sad

Yes, Big Brother Mzansi next year January 2014. Watch when we vote for the deserving housemate, not the favoured one or Beautiful one, most entertaining. Its gonna Rock

Can't imagine anything exciting about that.

Lol, hi Spade.
And yes, bcs Melvin didn't win. This was the fairest BBA season ever bcs Biggie has woken up to Nigeria and Zimbabwe's cheating ways. I couldn't be happier!

StateOfMind: Elikem was right..

"If dillish gets saved again, we might as well ask for voluntary exit cos she's taking the money"

And why are people blaming nigerians? Our votes only saved her once. I love this season, an eye opener, no individual is africa.. Not twitter, not nl, not facebook..

Proudly team elikem, Team cleo...TeamMDEC team unbiased cool ...
And most importantly, no rigging.

Sexily Endowed: Hmmm South Africans on Facebook are blaming Nigerians for Angelo's eviction, saying it was rigged so Melvin can win undecided. I officially believe they must have a defect in their DNA. Smdh they are talking about Xenophobia and someone mentioned burning his Neighbors house who is a Nigerian. Tomorrow they will be marching to BBA house lol. I am really speechless.

If you go to the official Angelo/SA BBA Facebook pages, you will see that none of that is happening. We are proud of Angelo, he is the best guy to ever rep us and we know that we lost fair and square. We have congratulated TeamDellish for their hard work and now we have moved on.

So please don't take the crazy people seriously!

Morning all...

SA humbly bowed out of the Chase last night. Thank you to all who have loved and supported our Tarzan!

I would really love to congratulate Dellish: Africa obviously loves her (including myself until recently when she started looking like a ghost). Of all the people still left in that house, she is the only one that I would like to see win the money. She has played her game very well, she managed to fool all of Africa (especially West Africa) and she has kept her cool through-out.

And now that Angelo is out, guess there is nothing really to watch on BBA anymore. Including the finale.

I will be back here next week Monday to congratulate you should you manage to pull Melvin through... but for now: MAY THE BEST GIRL WIN grin

LOL... and if you guys want Angelo to survive so badly why dont you vote for him? I think it is going to boil down to popularity votes with him and Dellish...

Excuse me? But Hakeem was also up against Dillish once. He got 6 votes while Dillish got 3. Where is he today?

Betty was up against Selly and Natasha once. She got 5 votes while Natasha got 3. Who left first between the two of them?

Pokello was up against Angelo once. They both got 4 votes but Pokello finished above him due to popularity votes. Where is she now?

Dynamics change. Sometimes, your evcition depends, not on who you're up against, but on who you're NOT up against. If your votes normally came from SA, Zambia, Malawi and Botswana, then you'd be in deep shiitt if you're up against Angelo, Cleo, Natasha and O'Neal.

As things stand though, I see Angelo taking SA, Bots, Zimbabwe, Angola, Zambia and ROA (6 votes), while Dillish would take Namibia, Nigeria, Ghana, SL (4 votes). Bimp would come in with just Ethiopia and Malawi (2 votes). The rest of EA na swing votes but they might just swing their 3 votes Dillish's way, automatically earning her an edge over Angelo with 7 votes!

Nothing is set in stone this season grin

The most exciting season ever...

tatiana009: The fact that ROA voted one way at a point dosen't mean it'll always be that way. ROA is up for grabs, whoever rigs it the most will get it. Same as Angola as they are not active voters, most of the people there have moved on since their reps left long ago, ppl are just busy rigging it.

And with ROA comes Lesotho and Swaziland, big DSTV subscribers who are practically an extension of South Africa.
