my brother, stay away from umidigi phones. i use the umidigi a3; it looks beautiful, runs smoothly but weighs a bit much. the battery barely takes me to 4pm in day before i have to charge (by this time it is at 30%. i usually don't let my mobile device batteries go below 30%)

if u are into taking photos with your phone, then umidigi is not for u. the camera is very poor; unless u hold the phone very steady (which is quite difficult) when snapping, images appear out of focus or slightly burred . the selfie cam is even the worse I've seen.

finally even though it says so on their website, it does NOT support LTE band 28 (700MHz) which glo uses. i was quite disappointed to learn this the hard way.

my advice, go for Tecno, Infinix or even Itel. l have found these to be quite reliable.

True that, u Na chairman for him side na . But the chargers I bought from him then didn't last at all. The black 12/24v digital charger, the one that lasted only stayed 3months. But I'll give him another try with this one.

Brotherly there's something called marketing strategy. Crash the price get a few people on, then increase the price again. Reviews will push people to buy. Worked with the the umidigi one series. Just maybe they don't want to push their flagships into the market. The A series seems to be doing quite nicely

Global rom is actually CN Version but without the Chinese language. So I guess u mistook the global rom for global version. They're 2 different things

It doesn't take long. Not more than 24 hours. Sometimes,almost immediately. As soon as the seller see your cancellation notification, he/she will do the needful.
And if the seller doesn't accept order cancellation on time,still chat him up and be polite to him to help you cancel your order.
Me don cancel plenty orders on aliexpress. Most often, when the sellers refused to ship on time I will just cancel and said processing time to long.
And some times, if I broke and the seller never ship, I go just cancel my order make I get my refund.

Don't waste time. Go straight and cancel your order. Since you have chatted the seller, tell him you don't want the order anymore. Reasons for cancellation, just choose you don't want the order anymore. Aliexpress sellers are not mean and wicked like Nigerian sellers on jumia and konga.
You will get your full refund.
Even if you didn't chat the seller up and you cancel your order, he/she will still agree to cancel your order.

If seller agrees, yes u'll get a full refund. If seller on the other hand doesn't agree, u'll to wait for him to ship and when u receive it you can open a dispute which I'm sure u'll lose since phone will be working okay. Cheers
