henryleecom:
Good day people.

Just got my Bison recently after selling my A5 pro & I must say that phone's a beast!

I've been seeing updates on Nairaland about an Android 11 update, but mine is showing that the device is up to date.
Don't know what the issue might be

Keep clicking the update button, if there's a general update that wasn't rolled back, u'll definitely get it...

Exumal:
I'm considering delivery fee too sir.

You can pickup or have a dispatch deliver to you. If u're in Lagos then prices are minimal and options are available

Exumal:
Can the tab go for 14k sir?

Make it a round 15k and it's urs.....

busuyi44:
See Niagara launcher. Kool. Happy sale

Thanks boss...

Mustiboy:
I'm facing the same thing. It's a software ish. Hopefully, it gets fixed with the next update as updating to Android 11 didn't fix it.

Funny enough, my brother who uses the same phone doesn't have this issue. And he's running Android 11 as well.

I believe the issue is device specific. Most devices didn't get the bug while some did, mine did and that's the reason an still on A10 though on Indian ROM.
There's a new update for Indian which has been getting good reviews, might try it later but I'm really waiting for MIUI 12.5.....

fibonacci2526:
Looks very ugly, I wouldn't give it a second glance.

There's a different perspective to it when u hold it in ur hands, thought it was ugly too at first, intact I never gave it a second look, but after holding it, it's a feel I could get to like and the asthetics are mad with a buttery smooth UI.

Nice device if u ask me, very nice......

Hi, my Umidigi a7pro screen has begun blacking out while trying to make or receive a call. Like completely. Until the person on the other end of the phone ends it before the screen lights back up. It wasn't like this before, I know about the proximity sensor ish. What can I do about it? It's frustrating as I can no longer make or receive calls freely.

Remove the screen guard if u have one applied, that might be the culprit.....

sleemoon:

jboixxx:
There's a process but I don't know it. Just be careful sha.

Saint2ace.

My oga I hail oh, since he wants to upgrade, it's better he sells it as it is, not everyone would like an unlocked bootloader.

But if notwithstanding he wants to go ahead, let him start by unlocking bootloader and downloading the fastboot ROM of his device.

pharmtasy:
That call recorder is a big miss on the Redmi Note 10 Pro

Easily solved by flashing Indonesian fastboot ROM

Deluxe8000:
the user option can not be set on the cc.

From your post on the solar thread, this is charge controller you stated as your brand and model, correct me if I'm wrong....

Deluxe8000:
to set up user parameter i need this cloud box m2 for my esmart 2 mppt charger as the cloud box m1 can only work with esmart3. Pls how much is this?

Based on the above there's a user specific setting as seen in the diagram attached, also see the keys u need to press to get to the change parameter...

HONESTFACT101:
Well if you are observant and also active in Nairaland phones section you'll notice that you won't go far without seeing a post for an one sale xiaomi phone.
Which has led me to ask our Nairaland branch of xiaomi users is there something we should know that you are not telling us

Quick question OP, which phone do u use? Why are u using that exact phone? For how long have u been using it and why that long?

A reply to the above will give an insight into a lot on this thread and dispel opinions..... Pls be a good sport and enlighten us.....

Deluxe8000:
the user option can not be set on the cc.

Can we see a picture of the cc with attached name and model. So we can help u verify. Pls don't snap the screen and show oh. A picture of the whole controller.

Deluxe8000:
mine only have preset parameter for flood, gel and agm only

What u stated are preset values for different battery chemistries, there's a manual/custom mode where u can enter exact values as u deem fit. Do refer to your manual for settings instructions.....

Daewoods:
price is negotiable though

Bros even at that, it's not a good deal, intact it's a rip-off. Why would anyone buy a used 2v 200ah battery for 40k when u can get a brand new 2v 500ah battery for 60 - 75k depending on brand. Please do the maths, that's 2½times the capacity of ur batteries and they're brand new with one year warranty.

This thread prides itself for COST EFFECTIVE installations, people come here to save money not waste it.

I kept quiet when the first guy gave u a breakdown thinking u'll go back and review ur prices, but I see I was wrong. While I would encourage u to review ur prices, I would also advise u make market surveys before pricing ur products. Cheers

Deluxe8000:
but one can not use it with normal mppt cc due to float charging that will kill the battery

Set same parameters for bulk and float and u're good....

sylve11:
This phone name too funny.

Same way Nigeria situation take funny

Flowboi:
Pls which app can I use to delete contacts from my phone

Go through contact settings to delete duplicate contacts, while for single options you have to delete manually, same way u added manually....

omotoda:
I am not sure this is a good deal.6 units @ #40k is #240.At this amount you would get 2 units of good 12v 200 ah battery or add a little change, about 30k and get 2 units of Premium 12v 200ah batteries.

Just saying!!!

Words of wisdom....

Gbagura:
I've been meaning to flash a custom ROM. I don't know if you know any experienced person who can help me here. There's a ROM called crdroid which is bae and it's android 11 oo. I was blown off when I saw it online. Àbi you can help me flash the custom ROM ni?

It's been awhile I did custom roms on MTK devices, but YouTube is there to help you, but go thru the tutorials as stated in the link below and you can contact the poster for help, if he's available I believe he can help but the tutorial is pretty straight forward. It's for A5 pro but it can work for any device, juts find the right roms to work with.

All the best......

kiekie1:
Yes am perturbed to see some believe Mercury was produced in India .. Let's always get our facts right as Mercury is fully produced in China but with it's repair service centre available in Lagos state !

My exact same feeling, oh well for a country where anyone can say anything and get away with it, I am not surprised. Cos if they knew the impact that simple answer would have on their biz, I don't think anyone would lie about a simple thing as production location of products....... Oh well we move. Thanks for ur response...

TheGidRedpiller:
Pls check jumia

It's not in stock on jumia, except you want to share the link....

Thanks for the pics, but am asking for the pics of the bike before u took it out and fixed it... Thanks for ur assistance...

kiekie1:
