Exactly and no details were given as to what lead to the scenerio he so elaborately posted. No build detail, no charge or discharge variations, nothing, just the volatile end result and people are actually basing their judgement on that one scenerio.. lolz.. I just laff sha.

Did you do a follow up to ask the parameters that caused the so-called explosion and did u ask urself why for something that exploded, all the components as indicated in the picture are still intact?

As funny as this might sound, almost everyone who commented on that incident is on lithium today, almost 90% of them.

Lastly, remember that everything in life has a rule guiding it's operations to achieve optimal performance. U don't feed dog food to a goat and expect the same scenerios. Lithium and lead acid are 2 different entities, treat them as such, give each it's prerequisites and enjoy ur investment.

Enough said, a word they say is ........

This shows u know nothing about the chemistry. Pls do take time out to learn about the different lithium chemistries and identify on what may work for u. But I'll leave a caveat "lithium batteries are the safest in the world". If u know u know....

No frequent charge to avoid desulphation
100amp lithium equals 80amp at 80% DOD

100amp acid equals 50amp at 50% DOD

A 125w load gives 7hrs
67w load gives 1hr 20mins
60w load gives 3hrs
And was left with 12.2v from 13.3v

Assuming i didn't use watt meter I would have concluded I had a load of 169w for the 125w, 89w for the 67w, 60w for the 73w.

Nice one, I presume we have to sum up the bolded to get the full time value of your test? Which would give 11hrs 20mins on the 105ah lithium bank Abi?

If that is true then he can check the product manual to know the variables that is appropriate...

He doesn't need the manual, the preset values are written on the right side of the inverter, while the switch is the white thing the middle.

Though it's not clear but u can see the Charge and Floatso if he can get a charge value of 13.8v to 14v depending on the chemistry he's using and a float of 13.5v - 13.8v he should be fine, but remember lithium does not require float and should not be charged to 100% as charging after 13.7v adds little or no capacity to ur cells..... Cheers

From what I can see, the inverter does not have a screen display and setting buttons...

It might not have a screen but it has "Preset Charing" variable one can choose from, the only thing being that u can't input a "Custom Setting" suited to a specific use, but one of the presets might do the trick........ Just saying...
