I'm a student of Environmental mgt and toxicology and I had to do a water analysis practical course. I tested Gossy water, Eva and Ragolis. Their pH levels were remarkably neutral ranging from 6.9-7.1. Gossy was 7.0! Dissolved solid analysis was also very very low ranging from 0.001 to 0.010, again Gossy was lowest. Dissolved calcium and conductivity levels were also in line with WHO standards. .

The Nigerian Revolutionary Council is appalled at the turn of events in Ekiti and is constrained to release this press statement.

Malcolm X once mockingly said that John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King both deserved to win Oscars for their role in the Civil Rights movement of the sixties. He said that JFK should be nominated for a best actor award while MLK should get a supporting actor slot. He called the peaceful Civil Rights coalition a bunch of idiots who didn't understand the actions needed to end institutionalised racism. In Malcolm X's words, the field nigger not the house nigger could successfully lead the battle against racism.

Today, we ask Nigerians to rise up in arms against the corrupt, rudderless, vacillating junta of Umaru Musa Yar'Adua an impotent idiot who is leading our country down the precipice without an inkling of his own incompetence. Yar'Adua has promised us heaven an earth and delivered nothing. Rather than face the reality and resign before a deadly ailment completely consumes his faculties, he continues to pretend that he is fit to be the president of the world's largest black nation. Some of his celebrated first actions as president included appointing M.D Yusufu, a career criminal and Halliburton suspect to head the Police Reform Commission and delegating similar functions to Mohammed Uwais, a hopeless jurist who caddied for the dreaded Abacha.

The Ekiti selection has shown what this dumb Northerner really thinks about democracy. He had the choice of organizing a successful; election that would show a new dawn in Nigerian politics. Rather, he succumbed to the wishes of desperate politicos and supported a highly-flawed charade that ultimately led to the inclusion of "results" collated in a police station. The most amazing part of the saga is the manner in which a co-conspirator, Mrs Ayoke Adebayo was hailed as a hero by the naive opposition even though she was acting out a script. If Adebayo was really a Christian as she claimed, why didn't she play along with the PDP goons and then declare the real results in front of the whole world?

Now that Yar'Adua, this emaciated coughing corpse-like figure has allowed his government to be taken over by a bunch of hoodlums who are intent on destroying the fabric of our society, we must decide how we want to continue. Do we sit back and pray for things to change or do we do the smart thing and rise up in arms against this illegitimate government?


In light of this chain of events, the NRC calls for the immediate assassination of the president, his advisers, ministers, Professor Maurice Iwu and other stumbling blocks of democracy. A competent sniper can do it. We believe that like-minded patriots can finance it.

[b] Signs emerged today in Ado-Ekiti that the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Mike Okiro, has begun to fulfill a high-stakes arrangement to award victory in tomorrow's Ekiti governorship rerun election to the favoured PDP candidate, Mr. Segun Oni.

The main service Helicopter to the Nigerian Police, with registration number 5N-SGE, arrived in the city conveying PDP Senator Iyiola Omisore, Kayode Alufa and a Commissioner of Police of the Police Aviation wing, Chris Aguda. This is a completely overflogged irrelevant issue.

The simple fact is this:
The trousers men wear are men's clothing.
The trousers women wear are women's clothing.

Who on earth authorized trousers for men alone?

Where the man wears the trouser that is meant for a woman, he would be considered crazy,hence such can't and shouldn't happen.
Where the woman wears the trouser that is meant for a man, she would be considered to be out of her mind,hence such can't and shouldn't happen

Besides, trousers are easier to wear and handle for women when on the go as opposed to skirts.(mounting bikes,rising to elevated points,climbing,jumping or scaling obstacles)
So,all in all,this is a non existent issue.

The only things that should be issues in this respect are:
Are women being modest in the type of trousers they wear(form hugging,skin tight,body sculpting,panty/butt exposing trousers)?
Are women being modest in the type of skirts they wear(hip hugging, bottom enhancing,thigh grasping,short length,high slit skirts)?
Are women being modest in the types of tops they wear(cleavage revolution,bust gripping,see-through tops)?
