If supreme court has given a judgement on the case then it is final.

What is left for Abba people to do is to approach supreme court again to revisit the case if it has erred in its earlier Judgement.

Though SC can't reverse itself but it may if Tanko decides to Tanko the case.

The first thing to do is to find out what judgment the Supreme Court gave concerning the land. I don't think that if SC truly gave the ownership of the said land to Ukpo, someone like Anambra Chief Judge, and another SAN representing Abba will dare to take up the case again.

I understand that there's a white paper from Anambra State Government clarifying the judgement of the supreme court on the land. I have seen that white paper by the retired Justice Anigbogu panel set up by Anambra State Government and according to the white paper, the SC didn't give the land to neither of the parties involved, instead it asked that since the records of judgement in the lower trial court (high court) where the case was first entertained got missing, it has vitiated whatever decision that SC has on the case and so, the parties should go back to the trial court and sort out the mess

The 2k/3k reduction noticed in the salaries is union dues deduction. Everyone has unilaterally been added to unions. That's part of the agreement reached b/w FG and JAC and they (JAC) called it 'inconsistencies in IPPIS payments'.

Prior to this February salary that was just paid, some people were not deducted union dues.

Reports coming out from the Lion's den indicate that the Administration of UNN cannot give account of the money it received from Abuja for Earned Academic Allowance. There are speculations that the Bursar in connivance with the Administration decided to put the money in fix deposit. Some of the the Staff are facing serious hardships especially those who borrowed money from the Bank with the hope to pay back when EAA is paid.

We are calling on the EFCC and ICPC to investigate this matter because University of Nigeria Staff are the only Federal University Staff who have not received their EAA.

But there's an official memo from the Bursar detailing who and who are remaining in the disbursement of the EAA. Non teaching staff have received their EAA. The problem is majorly from your Union.
