YOU!..... are a GULLIBLE Eediot, for "swallowing" this story!

Since 2003, "enraged: wives have been using this story-line in front of Judges so much that one day, a Judge asked: Are you telling me that Nigerian men are so pheodophilic that all of them do this? But trust "White folks", the instituted a study amongst Nigerian community and found out that the story was "MADE-UP" to garner sympathy from the Judge so that they can throw-out their husband from the home, hold onto the children and use them to ask for money from him, even if they are incapable and not ready to provide "proper care" for the kids. The children are just a tool to get money ....post marriage break-up.

Furthermore, on proper "grilling" some of the women actually CONFESSED that they made-up the story..
This happened in the U.K and most Western countries that have zero tolerance for such behaviour.

ONE QUESTION FOR YOU: WHY is it that it is when the marriage breaks down and she wants a divorce, IS WHEN WE HEAR THIS TYPE OF STORY ... a story that is bound to elicit ANGER against the husband?

If she has been seeing and hearing this, why has she not reported hom to the Police since ...or even confide in elders to "warn him", assuming the Nigerian mentality of "No Police" in family matters?

And did l hear you say men are "afraid" to birth female children?
You must be high on some cheap stuff!
It is actually "mothers" (the wicked ones!) who are always afraid of having female children because history has shown that female children "gravitate" more towards their father.... than towards the mother.
It is a daughter that defends the right of her father in a family feud because she, being a female, can see through the "deception" of the mother far easily than most males can ...and can debunk them mos effectively.

Judges are not that easily swayed like you, they have heard it all.
I am sure the judge will not even factor this "story for the gods" into his decision-making.

By all means get a divorce if your marriage is "completely failed" but dont involve innocent children in your manipulations.

As I said earlier, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I didn't ask you to apologise.

You mentioned earlier how Nigeria was set backward because of useless culture. But you forgot that good manners is equally cultural. Which I believe you got it in abundance.

I believe you must have heard when someone uses a sentence like " that boy/girl is not cultured "

Anyways I don't kid around. The OP said she wanted an advice from people.........

It is up to her to take it or not to take it

As for you I don't know why I was replying you.......
I am done having this conversation. When you have learned some manners then we can talk. Have a good day

Yup people can dress inappropriately but I'm yet to see any group of straight men that insist to the point of political rallies that it is OK for guys to like dress semi-nakéd gigolos. Slut walking is just another melodramatic arm of the feminist movement like Free The N!pple movement and The Free Bleeders; people operating under a misguided notion of equality.

The thing is that ladies MIGHT feel the same urge to rape just as guys but won't because;

1) It takes lots of strength to overpower a guy.

2) If a lady who willingly accepted to fvck a guy, is labelled all sorts of vile names, only God knows what the one that raped a guy would be called.

Click the link, read the reply & don't quote the poster o. LOL!

Someone will say there's nothing physically attractive in a guy save for face.
E.g in India, there are many rape cases and we know an average Indian girl isn't endowed physically yet they cover all their bodies but will still be raped.
There's a mentally deranged girl in my estate - she's not extremely mad though and doesn't dress provocatively but has been raped virtually by everyone.

Have you asked why Amber Rose, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce hasn't complained of being raped with all their assets they flaunt?
Has Cossy, Afrocandy, Maheeda complained?
What of Omotola, Genevieve, Tonto Dike & all female celebrities that bare their cleavages?
Rap1st choose their victims and act on a carefully thought out procedure.
No right thinking person would have sex with someone who's crying for help.

Lastly, if you check rape cases, you will find out that bad girls who dress provocatively don't get raped except ones that LIE to cover the shame.

however it's better she openly shown her disdain towards the man's corpse which she didn't have the nerves to do if he was alive than crying pretentious crocodile tears and in the back of her mind she'll be like I can't wait for this burial to be over so I can get home and celebrate like some Widows do only for them to get home and she's someone else and then you wonder is this really her

I am not sorry for what I posted and I repeat with all boldness that it is a useless culture.

If not how can the man impregnate the woman and now be giving her conditions on how he will use to take care of his child that fell from the sky not the one that came out of his loins

and to top it all you now said the child's gender will determine where he will stay. Smh

The only thing that I agree in your post is that everyone has culture but the useless one like the one you posted here needs to be abolished

then besides how come the stooped culture didn't compell the man to remain married the way it compells women to remain married even in unpleasant situations. Abi that one too no be culture tongue

you only use culture when it suits your unregenerated mind tongue

And for your information if you are waiting for me to feel sorry or bad for what I posted you will wait till the sky turns green and pink

nonsense.

My dear you are trying to make sense but ended up not making any. What do you mean by what has culture got to do with it?

Every man or woman boy or girl got one cultural heritage or another. Even the whites.
Some are bad some are good, some not so bad and some not so good.

So I don't know if you are lashing your anger for what I said which I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion or you are shaking your head for the culture.

You got to be a bit specific here. And learn to disagree on someone 's opinion with manners.

These are the kinds of idiotic cultures and useless traditions that pull Nigeria backwards. Smh

what does culture have to do with this. If a culture cannot help the practitioners then it is a useless culture
Richy4:
My advice will depend on where you came from.

If you are an igbo woman, and had a boy, the child will surely return to his father's house and kinsmen. Assuming it was a female child you got, I would have said it is OK if she was in your mom's place..

No matter how much you train him, when he is of age, some annoying uncle or aunt will still remind him to go back to his father's house.

I just honestly hope the case is different where you came from

cococandy:
@bold in your post, as it should be.

Why exactly should it be otherwise?
Right without responsibilities indeed.

Does anyone molest you guys for being indecent? I haven't seen you cry foul for the rights without responsibilities you're enjoying.

See you quoted a writer who's saying male sexuality is being oppressed. If you didn't mean that in Relation to rape and victim blaming, why quote him/her in this instance. It's like you're not aware of the subliminal message that carries. Your bad if you're misunderstood.
Next time quote him only when it is appropriate even if untrue. But at least let it have a relationship with the topic that won't make your post sound like something else.

@colored, I share no such sentiments. I've met good men. Many.
And I defend good men when coincidentally people who share your POV insinuate that men are beings with lack of self control who could be potential rapists if the lady around them isn't behaving properly. You Didn't see it that way huh?
Because you wanted to distract attention from the serious issue of rape to the propaganda of men are being demonized. As is usual in these parts.

Never mind that the article had MEN and WOMEN equally outraged by the "don't dress indecently if you don't want to raped" comments.

The thing is when people say such things, they don't understand what they are teaching.
"Don't bring out the beast in him"
"Don't push him to molest you"
"Don't provoke him to beat you to death"
Etc. they don't teach the so called responsibility that you're harping about. What they teach is that the perpetrator is not responsible for their actions of crime against the other person.

As for what is proper dressing or not, who makes the rules? You, me? With cultures varying around the world is there a common standard agreed upon by EVERY single person as to what proper dressing is? Don't bother to answer that. Rhetorical.

But there is a standard for what is harmful to the next person as humans feel pain the same way. So yes anti-rape laws and sentiments (especially sentiments) can be enforced or at least taught because any victim anywhere in the world feels the pain the same way. (That's an example)

But 'proper' dressing can't be enforced because we don't all agree on what's proper and what's not. So the earlier People started respecting other people's choices of dressing, the faster we can move on to the main issues. Which is the criminal high handedness of someone who thinks they can take another by force because they felt enticed.

I've a question for you though.

why do you think rape is stil very high in countries like India and Nigeria where conservativism is still the order of the day?

What are your thoughts on that?
