here is the solution to dap:
dap has its own embedded browser, so u will copy the link and paste it in the browser(where u have the headers-DOWNLOAD,COMPLETED DOWNLOAD,SEARCH,FTP BROWSER, select search), once its open,u can put it in the username and password, and start the download, it wil automatically add it into the download list .with a rapidshare premium account ,you will be able to always resume the download,


for idm:
its complex, u will need a key to force the download(mostly alt key))
to configure key:
1, click on download-->options--->keys
2, select the key, alt or control
2, tick the box USE ADVANCED BROWSER INTEGRATION

pls who is this dumb person that called ralia odinga virus "nigerian made" and to make tins worse, he claimed no cure, its the simplest worm to remove,
get a kaspersky live cd(linux cd) and boot ur computer with it, unlike,other antiviruses,it wld disinfect rather than delete,
for all readers,here is how to remove ralia odinga worm:
1. Go to ‘My Computer’ and double-click on drive C.
2. Open the Windows folder, and double-click on the system32 folder.
3. Open the driver folder and find the anomalous word file. Note its name.
4. Point your mouse cursor to the task bar, and right-click.
5. Access the Task Manager, and click on the ‘Process’ tab.
6. Find the file with the same name as the word file you located earlier, and click on ‘End Process.’
7. Go to the system32 driver folder where the file is located. Erase all MS Word files in said folder. Close the aforementioned folder.
8. Determine where the Raila Odinga .jpg file is. Erase the file.
9. Do not double-click on the picture file.
10. Empty the Recycle Bin.
11. Restart your computer.

the main causes for bsod(blue screen of death) are:
1.a new hardware hasnt been properly installed
2, current surges through ur hardware in to the computer ram
3, ur registry contains illegal traces
4, ur ram is in sufficient


solutions:
1, get the softwares(uniblue registry cleaner 3.0) or advance care pro(call me to give u the cracks or license keys)
use this to clean ur registry or illegal traces,
2. check that ur hardwares have been properly installed,
3, increase ur ram (512mb to 1gig)or use the advanced care pro to do a smart deep ram free up(be careful about this as ur ram should be high be4 u free it, if u free a ram that is not running high u will get a bsod, get google desktop and install memory analyser, it will tell u the accurate ram info.

avast aint really a nice choice in traeting the sality virus, it doesnt repair, it deletes, by the time it has deleted important files on ur system, the program needing the file becomes unstable bringing about an inevitablereformatting of ur harddisk, try kaspersky, it disinfects only, those russians r mad

ur system is obviously infected with the sality virus, it deletes any form of executable file and targettting mostly antiviruses from operating so u dont get any help,

i can use a kaspersky live cd to disinfect for u

for your choice of antivirus,its based on monthly reviews based on so many factors.

i hate to disappoint u, eset nod32,norton,mcafee,avira,avg r not even in the top 10,
as for the sality virus, the best way to treat malware,viruses,trojans is to use live cds, (in this order,dr web,kaspersky live cds r the best, the run on linux)
so if ur treating a sality virus, make kaspersky live cd with bart pe and boot ur pc with it, it will disinfect it instead of deleting ur infected files(avast), be fast, the virus kills running programs with *.exe extensions, ur antivirus,programs will start getting corrupt

here is a simple first step, remove ur harddisk and place in to an external hard disk casing and put it as usb into another laptop, u can scan it and also retrieve your files to the laptop andsave,
as for the avast uninstalll, obviously u uninstalled manually, next time go to add/remove program,

search for avast, and delete all entries
try reinstalling,

first i like to correct an impression:i dont just recommend kaspersky as the best cuz i like it, its based on monthly reviews tests, undeniably,its still the best, nod 32 is crap, avast is ok but2heavy,
i have trial resetter, its a waste of time.i have some crazy online friends/forum dat we work together on kasp keys,
everyday,u get new keys, i always use that offline definitions for all my customers so that they dont blacklist the keys i installed for them while they are trying to get the update from kasp servers, (the idea of blacklisting is simple, a 1-computer license should not be shared,the moment their servers detect that--it gets black listed)
u cant imagine all the kasp tools,keys,patches i have, im updating at the moment and keeping my update files for all my customers without any hitch, i can offer u membershp!
also,look for this tool written by a russian for kaspersky---AVZ ANTIVIRAL TOOLKIT, LOVELY

goto settings-->update--->settings--->source--->uncheck kasp update server--->add update source--->press ok---->the update,

ur problem is simple,
ur infected with a smart trojan called amvo.exe with its variants, most antivirus wont detect it, download hijackthis and run a system scan ,find amvo.exe,select and delete it,
or install avast , during istallation, prompt it to do a boot time scan at startup,

unless i see the laptop can i suggest a solution, it might be a malware,adware or ur ram,or simply sometihing else, act fast before u damage the hard disk,
