If he chooses to resign and contest, is it PDP that will appoint another Minister for that ministry? Is it not still the sitting APC government that will appoint another APC member assuming Mr President does not reserve it for him in case he is not successful in the rerun election? The Judiciary is the problem we have in this country. In Nigeria, anybody highly placed can disobey the judiciary and nothing will happen. In civilised climes, the judiciary can even start an impeachment process against a sitting president by ordering investigations over allegations. They can order anybody to be arrested for disobeying it. In Nigeria, you will even need to pay court bailiffs to deliver court processes. You will mobilise the police to implement court judgements. You won't even want to sue any govt institution or private businesses for poor services or rights violation because it will take eternity to get justice.

The excesses of this agency called DSS is legendary. If it takes them four hours to receive Cort order hope it won't take four years to release Sowore!
