Try this with political office holders (I mean seven months without salary) and see their actions. It is then that you will know that Keshi is truely an Understanding and a patriotic Nigerian. I wonder what is wrong with this Country with so much wealth and misplaced priorities.......

This "Dangling Pendulum" has always been a Man's greatest undoing and the "Hole" the Woman's Bane. May God help us to control these urges which are nothing but over-secretion of some endocrinal hormones.

Please stop the hatred and show your president some respect. Common sense demands that you show your leaders some respect, if not for their decisions at least for their age. No disrespect to you intended whatsoever. Thank you.

hardbody: Professional

Pragmatic

Self-Assured

You take charge of your life, and place less faith in your luck and more in your own deeds. You solve problems in a practical, uncomplicated manner. You take a realistic view of the things in your daily life and tackle them without wavering. You are given a great deal of responsibility at work, because people know that you can be depended upon.

Your pronounced strength of will projects your self-assurance to others. You are never fully satisfied until you have accomplished your ideas.

This is sooo very me....

Who else fits this precise description of me? So so on point.

Politics / Re: Press Release On Boko-Haram By US Dept Of State by Samscofield: 9:31am On Aug 27, 2013
I sincerely doubt the sincerity of the US government in this Saga. Why condemn the Good with the Evil if you can't profer better options or solutions to the problem at hand. My take is that, they "US" are silently praying that all this continues and deteriorates to a state where the Country will be thrown into a state of confusion so that they will come in at that point, not to restore Law and order for the interest of the people but for their own selfish interests and gains. It is not for nothing that they are the world's political power. My take.

Zubby77 You are the man. I'd trade all my Engineering Degree and more for your life's experiences and money. My point here is that, you should really have no regrets whatsoever for your lack of a so called "Unversity Degree". Afterall, you are still young, probably my age mate, but by far a "Boss" with respect to life's experiences and Finance. You can easily get any Degree of your choice in any Institution of Your choice around the World. Keep the good work. I used to pride myself as a prospective writer, but everthing had changed since I started following Your detailed, descriptive, impeccable, intriguing, lucid and vivid narrative which seem to appear in 3D even for the very Lay reader. 10/10 for you Sir.

Frankisu: Wow!! I gues its a common phenomenon. Its always tougher and more dramatic wen d end aproaches. Its to be expected. D fact dat you guys r not tinking of parting ways no matter the circumstances shows that u are meant for each other. Pls, make haste the wedding and have fun with your soul mate. Hapy married life in advance!
#talkin out of experience
Full of wisdom and worthy of emulation. Experience is surely the best teacher. Passing through the same predicament with the OP. Things really do get messed up towards the end. Pressures from all sides. Within and without, fear of the unknown i.e what to expect in the marriage, working so hard to please people especially on ur wedding day. All of these and so much more makes U think less and less of ur partner. Everything will be fine with time. How are U sure that calling it quits or changing ur partner will actually solve the problem? Similar situations may arise with others. Don't be caught up in an unending cycle of indecision. All the best.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Unemployment Hits Nigerian Pilots, 170 Jobless by Samscofield: 2:00pm On Aug 08, 2013
dolphinife: Some of us are talking out of ignorance. For a pilot to cough out about 10million naira just to be a pilot, do you think its easy? Moreover, pilot is very different from degree, we are talking of practical aspect.

You hardly find an unemployed pilot in any country. If not that our airlines are opting for expratriates, all those 170 wou have got a job.

For your information, the more a pilot stays at home, the more he becomes a sky-risk to flight. Since the job is about practical, a pilot must always fly every now and then or else, be expecting an air crash soon.

Infact, no pilot suppose to stay a day at home.....they are different from your yeye certificate una dey carry all about

Please, if any body is looking for a matured and ignorant individual who does not know how to respect other people's professions. He should not go further from here. Calling an Engineering certificate and others in Nigeria Yeye only projects the quantum of your ignorance, since even your Governor and President whom you expect to come to the aid of these Pilots are products of the "Yeye certificates".

manmustwac: Two hands working can do more than a thousand clasped in prayer
Am I the only one sensing an Atheist here? Agreed, prayer without actions amounts to very little. But not praying at all is a sure way of denying God's existence and creating an aura of overconfidence and self sufficiency. If that is the case, then you need to answer the question of whether U created yourself or U were created (born).

Travel / Re: Nigerians And Fake Accent by Samscofield: 8:33pm On Jun 30, 2013
Well. Who says one can't be in Nigeria and still speak correct, polised and well accented English. All one needs is a very good knowledge of the phonetic symbols and how they are properly pronounced either in isolation or in combination. A good Dictionary and Teacher would do the Job. The essence of learning English as a foreign language is to be able to communicate and if "Ultimately" one is able to speak like the original owner of the language, it will be a plus and ofcourse a welcome developement. In my opinion, faking accents is neither good nor bad. If it serves the purpose which is "communication", then there is no big deal. Imagine a Brit speaking any of the three major Nigerian languages , Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba with the correct accents, how will You feel? Finally, what ever is worth doing, is worth doing well. My opinion.
Sports / Re: Nigeria Vs Spain - Confederations Cup: (0 - 3) On 23rd June 2013 by Samscofield: 10:25pm On Jun 23, 2013
Nigeria. A great footballing Nation. U've given a good account of Urselves. U can hold ur own any where in d world. Keshi......... Hmmmmm....... U mean say we no get other potent attackers/ strikers locally or internationally? If not for the impotence of Ideye and co, cud have been a different story. God bless the Super Eagles. God bless Nigeria.
Sports / Re: ...deleted by Samscofield: 10:04pm On Jun 21, 2013
The possibility of Nigeria winning the match may be very slim, even though it is not impossible. What is impossible is Nigeria lossing by a whooping 8 goals to nothing. I respect the Spanish Team, but I also have a great deal of respect for Keshi and his boys. I will simply join the Synagogue if this prediction comes true.

I would rather say dat the reverse should actually be the case. Some youghorts have high sugar content and high colesterol percentage per milligram. This could be injurious to health, especially sex drive or libido. Just because youghort looks like sperm/ejaclate, does nor mean that you get better sexual satisfaction or will perform maximally when you take large doses of it. My opinion.

Hahahahaha.............. Pls don,t get me wrong. I'm not laughing because of the guys looks. I'm sure he looks better than most Nairalanders. My laughter is as a result of my basic insticts telling me that the OP is actually trying to find out the views of Nairalander on HER supposed guy and not her friends. My instincts always, almost never fails me. Well, pardon me if I'm wrong. But if you support me like my post.
