You say fact, but you're still shaming his ignorance. If we compare what we know to what we don't, I frankly doubt any of us is significantly less ignorant than the OP. So knowing a little more about a niche area of knowledge shouldn't be licence to shame people

And what is wrong with being ignorant? Ignorance should not be shamed, and no one should feel or be humiliated for exposing their ignorance. There's not a single soul that isn't ignorant about almost everything.

Sexual reproduction started long before we came into the picture. All creatures that reproduce sexually such as humans, monkeys, rats, insects, and maybe even plants, inherited the ability to reproduce sexually from a very primitive common ancestor. Prior to that, our ancestors reproduced by cloning themselves, like most microbes do today. Some of them developed the ability to exchange DNA fragments in order to gain useful traits from each other, like immunity to various diseases and the ability to process new types of food, as many microbes are capable of today. This DNA exchange process got better and better and became what is known today as sexual reproduction. Over time, our primitive ancestors lost the ability to clone themselves and became completely dependent on sexual reproduction. We (people, spiders, & beans) just inherited it.

The fact that the sperm and eggs of human beings are compatible isn't remarkable since we would not be here otherwise. The interesting thing is that the sperm and eggs of species that used to have a common ancestor can cease to become compatible with each other over time. This is part of what is known as "speciation" and it's the reason why nature is so diverse. Without speciation there would be very few distinct species.

Probably, science still won't accept the obvious. Lemme tell you, I can agree with the athiest on any thing they throw at me, because logic compels me to, but I would rather say, it's better you accept Christ and repent of your sins, cause hell is not a week, and the fact you were once a Christian, and you consider it better to be an athiest, despite proves of the existence of God. I don't know the gravity of your punishment
